Monthly Rentals in Kings Point, Delray Beach

We had a wonderful stay! Josee is an outstanding host and made us feel very welcome with a bottle of wine, chocolates and a welcome sign waiting for us at arrival. The unit listing was described as a “Zen modern villa” and that is exactly what we felt when we entered. It was spotless with a calm, cozy & peaceful vibe. It was also well stocked! We enjoyed the screened in lanai & had most of our meals out there. Walkability was important to us and we were happy to be able to walk to many stores & restaurants including Target and Whole Foods. The beach & downtown were just a short drive from our location. Communication was top notch. Whenever we had a question or concern, Josee was very quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed. Our thanks to Josee for a very enjoyable stay and we hope to return next year!

Had a wonderful stay! Very clean. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, it’s surrounded by beautiful lush greenery, so it has some natural light but shaded. Feels like you’re in the jungle. Cool unique spot for sure!

The Honey Hole gave us an outstanding location to meet our daughter who attends college at FAU. It was really cute with the theme, amazing pool and deck area for the kids to swim and hang out, fully equipped kitchen and we cooked both days, comfy beds, a family table where we ate spaghetti and enjoyed family time, and a cozy living room with games and plenty of space to spread out. They had towels and a beach bag ready to go for the pool, and the location is superb to everything you want to enjoy in Delray/Boca. Thanks Jarred and team for the warm welcome to the Honey Hole!

The Host Felipe was a great guy, and was very responsive to all my questions, and needs! The condo was great and in a good location. My stay was wonderful, and I highly suggest the property to anyone looking for a great place to rent. I stayed in the condo for 3 months and was totally satisfied! If I return to the Delray Beach area, I will stay at the condo again! I give this property a 5* rating!
