Vacation rentals with a patio in Brooklyn

This adorable apartment totally exceeded our expectations. It was charming in every way and so much more spacious than we thought it would be. The view of New York City from the balcony at night was awesome and the house is appointed with everything you could possibly need. Our group of eight was extremely happy there. Would love to stay there again!

We loved staying at Chris’ place. Check in was easy and appreciated. The house was very clean, had everything we needed, was walking distance to a lot of restaurants, local transit to the city. The only thing we didn’t account for was the $35 daily at each exiting and entering for the parking garage, if you left the garage the amount already paid doesn’t cover the rest of the day and you have to pay again. We tried to find street parking often with no luck, so this amount added up quickly. Other than that, we’d highly recommend.

Wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt - die Wohnung ist mit der U-Bahn sehr gut von Manhattan aus erreichbar. Die Ausstattung ist genau so wie angegeben und die Wohnung sehr sauber. Jonathan reagierte immer schnell auf Nachrichten und ließ uns genaue Anweisungen insbesondere zum Check-In zukommen. Gerne wieder!

We had a pleasant stay at Vida’s property. The space was clean, comfortable and spacious. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient for our needs. Vida was a very responsive host and assisted us right away when we had some trouble with check in or had other questions.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The host had fantastic communication from start to finish — super responsive, helpful, and welcoming. The space itself was spotless and beautifully decorated, with so much attention to detail. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. The location was perfect too — just a short walk to the subway, making it easy to get around the city. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

super cozy and quirky.. loved it as a home base and would definitely stay again. had everything we needed plus extra! bonus you can see a glimpse of the skyline which was neat at night.

Had an amazing stay! The Airbnb is really lovely and clean. It sits in a nice area with loads of cafes and restaurants nearby. As we were travelling with a baby, we had many questions/requests and the host was super accomodating and replies really fast. 100% recommend!

Ich vergebe hier gerne 5 Sterne aus mehreren Gründen. Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben, was super ist da es nur positive Überraschungen gab. Dabei gab es schöne Details in der Wohnung aber keinen unnötigen SchnickSchnack. Bei der Ankunft hatten wir Probleme mit dem einchecken und haben sofort/unverzüglich Hilfe erhalten was einfach super ist. Grundsätzlich ist die Wohnung in einer super Lage. Güter des täglichen Bedarfs, die U-Bahn zu den Sehenswürfigkeiten und gute Restaurants sind alle fußläufig erreichbar. Wir waren rundherum sehr zufrieden!

Unglaublich schöne Unterkunft! Es war Alles so, wie beschrieben und die Wohnung war wirklich noch größer als die Bilder vermuten ließen. Das absolute Sahnehäunbchen war natürlich die Dachterasse mit genialem Ausblick auf die Skiline von Manhatten. Danke an Jami auch für die schnelle Kommunikation!!!

This Airbnb was great, it was so spacious and very well kept. I spent my birthday weekend here and it was amazing. The host was very quick with his responses and we got everything we needed. Definitely recommend staying here

Eunice’s apartment is AMAZING! We visited with 3 adults and 4 children. Eunice was very accommodating and responsive when needed! Everything is as pictured and it was sparkling clean. The beds are so comfortable! The washing machine and dryer are readily accessible and the neighbors are extremely friendly. The apartment is conveniently located near some amazing restaurants (The Franklin and La Milpa) along with a grocery store (Supremo). There is a park very close. There are several bus stops extremely close as well! Highly recommended!

This was a great place for a long weekend to visit our daughter in park slope; and a quiet street despite being just a block from Barclays Center. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and not far from Prospect Park.

L’alloggio di Shana è stato rispondente alle nostre aspettative. Lei è stata sempre disponibile e reattiva quando abbiamo dovuto chiedere qualcosa, risolvendo il nostro problema. Con 30/40 minuti arrivavamo tutti i giorni dove avevamo programmato di essere grazie alla linea C della Subway (fermata Rockaway Av). Nelle vicinanze c’è un supermercato fornito ed una lavanderia per il bucato. I letti sono comodi, la cucina fornita con tutto ciò che può servire per le preparazioni quotidiane, l’appartamento pulito ed in ordine. Non avevamo ben capito l’indicazione dei 5 posti letto + 1: significa che ci sono 3 letti (due matrimoniali ed un singolo) e un divano (no divano letto) sul quale noi abbiamo fatto dormire uno dei ragazzi - che comunque si è trovato bene. Esperienza molto positiva!

I stayed at Jennifer's charming home for three nights while I was house hunting in Brooklyn. First off, Jennifer is a phenomenal host. She offers something really really good in the heart of one of Brooklyn's coolest nabes, BedStuy, and she does so in her own unique style that made me feel at home minutes after stepped into her space. I thought the space is actually better than what's suggested in the listing. I slept like a baby every night and there were so many great bars and restaurants within a few minutes in all directions, including Do or Dive - the best bar in America. Would definitely come back and highly recommend!

Superbe maison bien équipée dans un quartier au calme. Comptez 20 minutes de marche pour arriver au "path" qui relie à Manhattan. Très bon séjour, adresse que nous vous recommandons si vous n’avez pas peur de marcher !

Die Wohnung von Lucia und Ollie war sehr sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Ollie hatte uns schon am Eingang des Hauses empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Er war sehr herzlich. Die Wohnung sah genau so aus wie auf den Bildern. U-Bahn-Haltestellen waren nicht weit entfernt. Morgens haben wir uns immer einen leckeren Kaffee gegönnt. Vielen lieben Dank, dass wir uns wie Zuhause fühlen konnten! Es war für uns eine unvergessliche Woche in NYC! :-)

Hai was so friendly and respectful of our space at the same time. The place was so gorgeous and the bed was so so comfy!! We definitely enjoyed the patio and rooftop. And wel’ll definitely miss cuddling with the kitties :)

The apartment is in a great location for relaxing but also seeing the city. The pictures truly don’t do this beautiful apartment justice! There was so much space and the bed is super comfy. Everything about the apartment is cosy and the interior makes it feel like home away from home. The views and mood lighting are beyond words, 11/10. Very quick and responsive with communication and always there to help!Would recommend this place to anyone and would love to hopefully stay again :)

Just perfect for our trip visiting NYC! It is very easy and safe to walk to the train. The grocery store is even closer… small in size but well stocked. We ate dinner at two recommended restaurants in Jersey City - both yummy! We did not mind hearing a little family sounds at all. And for sleeping… the neighborhood is quiet! Book it and enjoy!

We stayed here for a mid week family getaway and could not be happier with our stay! This home is in an amazing neighborhood in Brooklyn full of local markets, coffee shops and great places to eat. It was central to all of our transit needs to a Mets game and into the city for a show. We will absolutely come back - we had the very best time!!
