me and a work colleuge stayed here on a work trip, we have booked this place out till the end of our job, would greatly reccomend this place ! Great value, very clean and the hosts are great people, very helpful, also a pub a one.minute walk away that serves good beer and great food

The house was perfect for our family to stay in while visiting relatives in Leicester. It is not near the city centre but is on a quiet road and on street parking is easy. The house is spacious and beautifully presented. The beds were huge and extremely comfortable with top class bed linen. We were there in very cold weather but the heating was very efficient and we could adjust the thermostat as required.

Brilliant place to totally chill and relax - perfectly situated - everything you could need and just surrounded by fields - lots of birdlife - nothing much else but that’s the point x Hottub and sauna delightful - had a total relax - wonderfully warmed throughout. Attentive and friendly hosts - checked in with us everyday but total privacy given. Would definitely return and I’m sure it would be lovely in the spring with the orchard blossom and summer with the flowers xx Thanks very much Simon and Denise - have a Happy Xmas. Gill & Mark xx

Amber’s AirBNB was very well presented throughout with thoughtful festive touches including Christmas trees, decorations and a set dining table with Christmas crackers! We all enjoyed our stay and felt quickly at home in this lovely property. Amber was extremely responsive and proactive in giving us all the information we required. This is a beautiful place - very clean and comfortable Lots of room. We didn’t use the hot tub but the garden is large. The kitchen and living area were spacious and we all thought the place was really lovely. We were up for a funeral and I asked Adam if we could have some extra guests back for tea and cakes after it and he was very kind and accommodating. I would recommend it and this host

We had the best nights sleep at Grace’s place. It was warm, cosy and comfortable. It had everything we needed and Grace was really responsive and easy to communicate with. Thank you !

Second stay and really great experience with the family and kids. Sharon was super helpful and responsive and the kids loved the hot tub and animals.

Overall, the stay was great and comfortable. On the day of check in we did have problems with the heating as we were from India and weather is very different, however it was promptly addressed by the Host and rest of the stay was comfortable. Marlena was always there to help us. We were having a bit of difficulty checking in, but we called her and she helped us with the same. Great location and lots of stores around to grab a meal or just things in general.

Stayed for 2.5 weeks whilst I waited for my apartment to become available, really nice and cozy place to stay and overall great. Didn't experience any problems whatsoever.
