Great place to stay in Kingman! The house is very spacious and very clean!

Beautiful home. I loved the decor and everything was spotless. I would definitely stay here again! One of the few places that accepted pets. Even if we didn’t have pets this is a beautiful home to stay.

Great place to stay. We wanted a place without fireworks for our dogs to be at and this place was excellent for that. Wish we could had stayed longer. We will definitely be back.

We were Dad and Mom, daughter and son in law, and a small dog. In Kingman for a wedding of a friend. We spent time at the home for rest and meals. The gas grill got super hot, perfect for our steaks and veggies to cook and sear. We played the corn hole game a little to pass some time. The yard is pet friendly and secure for any size dog. Home was clean, well maintained, and fully equipped for any cooking needs of its guests.

Great location for our needs. The neighborhood was quiet and the home was well furnished. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in town

What a unique, rustic, and great place in Oatman! Scott was very easy to reach and it had everything we needed. The area/entrance before his place needs some cleanup, but doesn't appear to be his neglect. Definitely recommend to get the full Oatman experience!

This is a very nice property. We have stayed here before and it is very conveniently located near the freeway. It is very clean and has a fenced yard which is great for our dog. There are a couple of dogs across the alley that bark, but after a few minutes our dog ignored them and went about her business. Overall a really nice place to stay.

The apartment was as described. It was easy to find and access. The couch was amazing!

There was toilet that was not functioning but Scott took care of it immediately. So good customer service.

We loved our stay at Scott's unit! The unit feels nice and cozy, and was very easy to find on top the detailed, yet simple, check-in and check-out instructions. The unit came STOCKED with household cleaning supplies, and detergents and dryer sheets for washer and dryer. We entered into a very clean and nice smelling unit; definitely felt like a home away from home! As others have mentioned, it is a duplex so noise level depends on the neighbor. We hear our neighbors' at times only in the living room but they're very muffled, otherwise we forgot we had neighbors in the bedroom. The unit is close to the I-40, so you may hear some freeway noise at night; I'm a very light sleeper and that didn't bother me. Highly recommended!

Nice and relaxing stay

Very good house with lot of things to do for kids and youths. It’s clean and nicely organized. We enjoyed our stay with families and kids.
