Rented a room at the ArtHub for a 5-month internship with the county government. Worked out great! The property was “no frills” but the accommodations were comfortable and reasonably priced, and the area around ArtHub was walkable and fun (shops, restaurants, events). Only challenge was regularly getting to the grocery store (no car), but a co-worker volunteered to occasionally make a trip.

It was perfect home for me.

Richard's place was perfect for us. Very spacious and clean and a great layout. The master bedroom is separate from the other 2 bedrooms. The rooms are spacious, and the couch is comfy. The backyard is very nice and private. This was a perfect location for us since the family we were visiting lived on the same street! Would definitely stay here again.

The house is amazing and the host is awesome! This house has a great location and a great neighborhood. We got to visit Oakman and took our motorcycle and it was the most beautiful ride I’ve ever been on! Then we went to Bullhead city and the Colorado river with the mountains is breathtaking! The house location is out of the way of traffic But so close to town it’s unbelievable! I would definitely recommend this rental!

This house was so so fun! My kids literally spent hours being pirates in the kid rooms. It was very clean, had everything we would need, and the beds were so comfy! It is very close to a train track with trains going very frequently. It's not a loud sound, but if you're really sensitive to those things, this wouldn't be a place you stay for you. For us, it was fine, and a gentle him in the background when the trains came by.

We were in town visiting family for the weekend. The location worked well for our needs. A car is a must though in Mohave Valley. The property was extremely comfortable, clean, and quiet. Very nice laundry area. Close to Oatman(donkeytown) and about 10-12 minutes to grocery stores. Host was very responsive and we would highly recommend the property to those visiting the area!

Clean, competively priced, centrally located. The only thing I would ask of Juan would be to install knobs on the kitchen cabinets.
