Monthly Rentals in Kimball

My group and I needed a place to stay for Bonnaroo. It was 40 minute (80 there and back) drive and it was perfect for what we needed. There’s a pull out couch that fits two - not the most comfortable but way better than camping. Overall it is very cozy, fits 4 comfortably anything extra would be a stretch. There’s not much to do in the area but if you’re just there for Bonnaroo it’s great. Would definitely stay again. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

Always enjoy staying at grannys guest house. Such a pleasure to visit with Charles and Ruthie and fur babies. You guys feel like family. Thanks for everything. Lovè arriving dislike leaving. Cookies always a plus. See you next year. Keep smiling and keep the faith. God is good.

This place was ADORABLE and so clean. The pictures honestly did not do justice to the air bnb! It was a perfect size for me, my mom and my doggie! I will say this, the air bnb sits right on the central/eastern time difference! Luckily we didn’t have a time schedule so it worked out! Would recommend this air bnb and would definitely stay again!

What a great spot and Stephen is an absolute pro at being an Air BnB host. We were in the area to play Sweetens Cove golf course and this is an ideal spot (literally 10 minutes away). We will be back.
