The atmosphere of old time will greet you as soon a step through the door. You will hear raindrops, crackling fireplace and looking through the small windows you will feel the charm of this place. Martin was a very helpful and responsive host. We arrived in the evening to find the house opened with lights on and the stove lit, it was very welcoming on a cold night. The house is in a scenic location and is very peaceful and private. All the beds were comfortable with good storage in each room. The bathroom is bright and modern with plenty of hot running water. Extra towels were available for our use. The kitchen dining living space is extremely spacious with a double height ceiling. It’s a very attractive space and ideal for a young family. The kitchen was well kitted out with all the essentials for cooking and an abundance of tableware. There are plentiful ledges for food preparation, with a large table as well as an island. A separate utility was another useful feature. Martin was a flexible host which we greatly appreciated. We would highly recommend honeymoon cottage.

Always a pleasure to return to this countryside, quiet , peaceful,with the city and many pleasant restaurants. The place is perfect , the hosts take care of everything, I recommend this great place. Near major roads to Limerick, Shannon or Dublin .

Great place to explore many sights of Ireland, and thank you Keith and Danielle for all your great recommendations. Cosy stay, lovely décor and had everything we needed. Comfiest bed ever! Even lovingly decorated for Christmas for us, which was a real treat. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again.
