If Rosalind's place is available, don’t hesitate—book it! The location is unbeatable, and the house is incredibly well-stocked with everything you could possibly need. Rosalind truly thinks of everything, making your stay as seamless as it is comfortable. The beds are wonderfully cozy, the neighborhood is peaceful, and you are close to downtown. There is also a spacious backyard that is perfect for relaxing and unwinding. I had a great stay at The Hidden Gem!

First of all, Rodney is a great host! He’s quick to respond and understanding. Second, his place was the perfect resting spot for the night. The pictures don’t do this place justice, and it’s more beautiful in person!!! The bed is SO comfortable and I felt so cozy in the whole space! It’s also a lot bigger than it looks, and I wish I could’ve stayed more than one night. Thank you so much, Rodney! ❤️❤️❤️

Raimund's place was safe, comfortable, and well-appointed. After navigating through the garage to the back stairs, which ascended to the rental unit, I found the place exactly as described, and even better! Everything smelled clean and pleasant, the bed was comfortable, and there were many amenities I didn't even need to use, but which would have been nice, had I stayed longer. There was even a cute, little mini dishwasher. Raimund had coffee and brought me a bit of creamer, since I arrived too late to visit the store. So nice! In the morning, I walked around the neighborhood for exercise, and enjoyed looking at all of the houses and gardens nearby. I hope to return here again, when I visit my son who attends college in Longview.

This cute home was perfect for our weekend in Kilgore. It had happy and peaceful vibes. Loved the dog and fresh eggs she provided from the hens. We enjoyed the variety of birds visiting her birdfeeder. Thermostat and TV were easy to control and refrigerator was very clean and large enough for our groceries. Complimentary coffee was a nice and appreciated gesture. Will definitely visit again when our group needs a place to stay in Kilgore. Waaay better than a hotel!
