Monthly Rentals in Kilbourne

We had such a great stay!! Absolutely loved the house and was a great fit for us. The upstairs was a perfect hang out spot for our kids to have their own space. Amenities were awesome and well stocked, definitely an "above and beyond" type of rental! This is more than a pet-friendly home, it felt like our pups were guests rather than just allowed to be there. The backyard is perfect and felt like we had our own private dog park. That being said, would still highly recommend this place to non-pet owners! It was very clean and well kept with nice decor. One of our favorite houses we've stayed in and our kids are already asking if we can come back again sometime!

Great spot in downtown Delaware so easy to access OWU campus. Location does have steep steps to access but I knew this. Also parking is an issue but Scott explains this well so was prepared for this. Place is clean and well appointed. Would be super helpful to have some charging ports on either lights or plugs but other than this the place is a great little rental!!!!

Absolutely wonderful place in a perfect location. Karah went above and beyond to make my family have a perfect vacation. I will Absolutely be staying with her again.
