Monthly Rentals in Kikuyu Escarpment Forest

Catherine is an amazing host, very responsive and warm. The place is beautiful and serene, it is a sanctuary when you need time away to refuel, rest, reflect, read, write. The sounds and sights of birds in the morning and through the day us heavenly.

Susan's place was like my mansion, no different, I felt at home, very good people, very clean from the parking stairs to the house inside, everything well arranged and kept. Whenever I am in Naivasha this is my first place to check availability

We had a lovely 24 hours in the remoteness of Peter's place with the family. The cottage is well-equipped in a non-fussy way (which is great with kids). It has a nice space to play out the front, and we were very cosy despite the incessant rain! There was an area-wide power outage for the time we were there, but the generator meant we at least had some power for a while. And Gabriel and Naomi made us very comfortable. The final bit of the road to the cottage is very muddy and tricky to navigate in the wet (make sure you have 4WD) but Gabriel made sure were safe and got in and out ok, and Peter had made sure we were aware and came prepared. His directions to the place and communication before we arrived were also excellent. Would recommend for an easy trip away from the bustle of Nairobi!
