Our stay at Whitney Cottage in Split Rock was cozy and even more lovely than we had hoped. Mark was very welcoming, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Many beautiful trees surround and envelop the home and property. The cottage is charming and comfortable and has everything needed to make lovely meals, get a good night's rest, and read to our heart's content. It rained for the first few days, but that didn't stop us from enjoying some stunning hikes in Hickory Run State Park. We also enjoyed a day in the town of Jim Thorpe, which felt like stepping back in time. Along the Lehigh River Gorge is a hiking trail with very memorable views. We look forward to returning for future visits. Thank you, Mark, for your hospitality and kindness!

Beautiful townhome nestled on the mountain. Jeff and Carolyn were very helpful with self check-in. The townhome was beautifully decorated for the season and extremely clean. The fall foliage was beautiful. We appreciated the 12:00 check-out on Sunday morning. A little extra time to sleep in and enjoy the peacefulness of the mountain. Thank you for sharing your home with us for the weekend!
