The room is very clean, quiet, there are no bugs, the pool is clean, the location is relatively convenient, it is close to the lobby, it is not far from the sea, the landlord is very nice. The furama resort is also good.

We booked Le Rivage for 3 days but loved it so much that we extended our stay by 2 more days to explore Da Nang while still enjoying this villa’s comfort. The villa is incredibly spacious, with 3 master bedrooms (2 featuring Jacuzzis), a huge living room, and more than enough amenities. Its beachfront location provides breathtaking views from the private pool area outside living room and the first-floor balcony. The caretaker, who lives in the basement, was outstanding. She kept the villa spotless, helped dry our clothes during the rainy season using her personal heater, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The complimentary breakfast, tailored to our preferences, added a personal touch. The host was polite, helpful, and easy to communicate with, ensuring our stay was seamless. Located just 6 km from the Japanese Bridge and 9 km from Da Nang, it’s a perfect base for exploring both cities while relaxing in luxury. Highly recommended for an amazing getaway! 🌟 TRULY WORTH

A very tastefully decorated villa in a quiet corner of Da Nang. The pool was great, the cleaning and communication was great. We lacked nothing, and we would have liked to have stayed longer.

Our family of 8 had the most beautiful stay here. We were lucky to book all the villas so had the private use of the pool. The villas and surroundings were stunning - peaceful, spacious and relaxing. Amy was a wonderful host (with recommendations and great communication) and the wonderful cleaning service was an unexpected bonus. We would love to return some time. Thank you

The environment is comfortable, suitable for large groups, and the living room is large enough to gather.Host is superb, quick to respond, and a handheld during your stay, making it very convenient for visitors who don't speak the language. The trip ended with an enthusiastic helper to find the lost item, which was very touching. I would👍🏽👍🏽 definitely stay again in Da Nang.

Excellent stay in this beautiful villa in a very quiet neighborhood. Bee was very attentive with us and was always available to help or answer our questions. The accommodation is very beautiful and well equipped. I would highly recommend it!

I was really happy that the accommodation I booked after searching several times and thinking hard was loved by the whole family of 7. It was great value for the money, and I was able to swim to my heart's content because the private pool was big. Breakfast was as generous and delicious as other reviews. I was more impressed by the kind attitude of the host who kept asking if the amount was enough. However, the bathroom drainage was a bit disappointing, and the old kitchen sink and appliances were a bit uncomfortable because of the many flies, but other than that, it was so nice, so if I revisit Hoi An, I plan to use it again. The cafe that I visited while taking a walk near the house was also very nice, and it's a place where you can feel relaxed.

Such a beautiful beachfront villa. Pool temperature was perfect and well shaded in the afternoon so the kids could swim for hours without getting sun burned. Linna was an excellent hostess and helped us navigate Danang area and helped us coordinate transportation and excursions. Would highly recommended for any family or group looking to vacation in a top notch resort.

Uyen was an excellent host. Very proactive. The villa had a helper called Quang and he was very helpful and proactive too. The villa was a great fit with 14 rooms. The villa also came with 2 pools and 1 big unit for dining. Overall we had a wonderful time at the villa. We hired 3 private vehicles soloing out was not an issue. The beach was about 3 mins drive or 15 mins walk.

We had an amazing stay at the property, although it wasn’t without hiccups. When we arrived, they were trying to repair the air conditioning on the 2nd floor. We ended up moving to 2 different villas over the next 3 days before moving back to this one when they finally fixed everything. These things happen and I cannot fault the team for doing their best to accommodate us. The property and service level is amazing which is why it does deserve its 5 stars.

Lucy and chi Lan was my host for this location. there are a lot to say about this place but I do not want to write a whole book. Checkin was smooth as we met the co host, Chi Lan. I have stayed at 3 or 4 dozens airbnbs and I say this is by far the BEST experience I had. firstl, the hist Lucy and Chi Lan was very very helpful and accommodating. they go above and beyond on eveyrhting you need or ask for. Chi Lan is a great cook as we stay at home BBQ dinner. The property is in prime location where it's surrounded by alot of restaurants, coffee shops, and massages in walking distances. Close by the beach and not too busy like the city but busy enough where it's lively. I would highly recommend staying here. I also stayed at their other location 5 minutes away and was always an amazing experience. I can tell you, Lucy and Chi Lan will be the best hosts you will experience and the property is better in person yhab picture, mark my words.

Amazing place to stay near everything in Da Nang with everything you need. Also walkable to the beach. Host is super responsive and helpful. Only thing to watch out for are the dogs left in the streets by the neighbours. It can be a bit stressful if you are not used to it because they can approach you and bark.

Hoa went above and beyond in hosting my family of 7 adults and 8 children under 12, including a baby . From purchasing extra life jackets , daily fruit platters , and a padlock for the gate . We had the whole villa to ourselves which was amazing and great to be all together. The kids loved the pool, swimming constantly. There was an assistant Ngo who spoke great English and was wonderful in her recommendations and assistance to local Attractions including ordering a large bus most days to transport us out all together . Ngo also owns the Lucky Beach Restaurant around the corner , her cooking ability and presentation is amazing with delicious food presented. The area is in a lovely friendly neighbourhood with some great local restaurants all in walking distance . Staying here gives a great cultural experience living with the locals and not tucked up away in a resort . Value for money was excellent. Beds were a bit hard for westerners . We can most definitely recommend to others.

Lovely house. great pool. private pool/house with additional bedrooms makes this space suitable for a family + 2 couples or 2 families. great communication with hosts with lots of recommendations and quick responses to any requests. great location half way between hoi an old town and the beach. lots of food options within walking distance and easy to catch grabs if you want to go further afield. bikes supplied so you could explore paths through fields in all directions.

This was a fantastic end to our group of 8's two week adventure in Vietnam. The house surpassed expectations and David/ Minh was a responsive host. The house keeping staff/Cooks were amazing and the food delicious. Location is Quite but close to all you need. A really Beautiful /Amazing /Mind blowing Home We can't wait to come back. In the hinterland, monkeys come all the way to the front door and drink the pool water. It's so cute. It's nice that the pool is long. The bed sofa is so big. I contacted you because I left something behind, and he sent it right away by courier ~ ~ ^ ^ I used it comfortably ~ ~ ^ ^
