Because we were arriving middle of the night, we asked Daisy to help us in arranging a ride and checking in. With additional delays with the plane arriving at 3 am in the middle of heavy rain, they took care of everything. The pros, the hosts are extremely responsive and helpful, the location is one block from the beach with many restaurants, and the unit has 3 air conditioners, allowing different members to control temperature to their liking. The cons, the design of the bathrooms. The shower is directly over the toilet making the floor wet. So we used one bathroom exclusively for showers. A tip for best way to get to the beach. There are 2 lobbies, and this unit is next to Gate A. I recommend going out through Gate B and turn right to go to the beach. We stayed here for a month and walked bare foot on the beach at sunrise. You will be surprised how popular the beach is at 5:30 am. Also try the app Grab not only for rides, but doing shopping from large supermarket like Lotte.

great apt and very clean and spacious. grabs were a little inconvenient to order since usually went to the gate but not a huge deal. not much around however. gym was difficult to find and figure out. requires payment according to host.

The end of the year the weather is chilly. But Ms. An's apartment is still warm because of her generous enthusiasm. I recommend to any guest who wants to have a near experience with beautiful nature and friendly people, choose this apartment.

They asked me to book a car to the accommodation first, so I moved comfortably. There were a lot of people, so I didn't have enough Grab 7 seats, but they connected me to a large car according to the number of people, so I came comfortably. All the instructions were friendly, and the condition of the accommodation was very good. Both the morning meal and mango coffee are so good! The best place to stay!!

Good location and room condition. All most host is so kind and quick react. Location : so good near beach Clean : i feel so good Ame : Aircondition, hair dry, towel, etc Satisfaction may vary from person to person, but I was satisfied during the stay. Above all, the kindness and care of the host were the most satisfying. I hope I can stay again next time We wish.

Place was great. I’ve staid now in Da Nang several times in several places. This place was close to everything, view was awesome. 1 block from the beach. There was only a cpl things I wanted to mention that I wish there was cooking stuff there such as spices, oil, soy sauce. I don’t want to buy all of that every time I rent a place for a short time. The bed was also too hard for my back. They were so kind and brought me a mattress topper but my back still hurt 😔. I’m giving them 5 stars. If you don’t care about a soft bed then no worries.

We had an amazing time at this place. The villa is very spacious and has all the needed facilities. The swimming pool is especially great! The water was clean and the pool is very private. We would definitely recommend this villa if you plan on visiting An Bang Beach and Hoi An. The villa is very close to both so we rented a motorbike through this Airbnb (delivered right to the front door of the villa) and took small trips from there. The surrounding rice fields are also very beautiful and fun to tour around in. Trinh was an amazing host. She responded very quickly to our messages and was always ready to help! We almost missed our bus because we couldn't find a cab and she fixed one for us within 10 minutes.

Great place with great staffs. You can request anything at anytime and they reply promptly and act on it same time. Breakfast and cleaning was fantastic and the place is so nice and calm to stay relaxed. Amazing hospitality and we’ll visit again for our next trip.

It was a very nice stay. Super clean, good internet connectivity for working, and a super nice living room area. We pretty much stayed at the villa all the time, which was perfect for us. The host is also very responsive and helped us with a lot of things from cleaning, getting computer cables, water, etc. The location is a bit outside so you have to take grabs/taxi everywhere but if you are OK with that I would definitely recommend!

The Holiday Villa in Anh Bang Beach was the closest home to the beach on an alley full of homestays, restaurants, spas and salons. We walked to the beach as well as the pool right outside our door.The home itself features 4 comfortable bedrooms,(3 bedrooms and a loft).Our family of 6 was able to have our own space. Upstairs loft has a curtain to close it off, but the curtain keeps the AC in,. Two en suite indoor/outdoor bathrooms, and one shared bathroom. AC units in each of the bedrooms, bathrooms & main living spaces are not air conditioned. There are portable “AC” units in the kitchen & living room. Plenty of kitchen supplies. Bonus was the filtered water tap on the kitchen sink.!Anh Banh Beach is very walkable, favorites were Phoung’s Beach Cafe & The Purple Latern Cafe for dinner and the Cosy Corner Cafe for breakfast & coffee. Mrs. Linh provides you with a list of recommendations,which we used! Truly one of the absolute best homestays our family has ever stayed in!

This is Residence B of Hyatt Resort which is a super duper huge compound. All amenities which you want will be there and can be used. All at the fraction of the price paid by Hyatt guests!

We had the best stay here. -The apartment is very modern and feels cosy at the same time. -The view is stunning - You have all the shops and nice restaurants you could wish for in walking distance - The beach is 1min walk Our host was super friendly and so accommodating. I would 100% recommend this place to everyone and I would definitely come back and stay again. Thanks again!

We really loved this place to stay. Linh always responded right away and did everything she could to help. We stayed for a month and love the space and layout of the apartment as well as the short walk to the beach. There is inexpensive local food everywhere as well as nice restaurants. Convenient stores on every corner. The beach is stunning with a ton of space to enjoy the ocean or walk the sidewalks even when it’s busy with people. It’s particularly beautiful at night with all of the lights. The only problem we had was an ongoing construction project that was going on in the apartment above us from the time we came to the time we left. Constant drilling, sawing, and hammering. I believe this problem would not affect future guests but you may want to be aware that the walls aren’t very sound proof. Overall, we were happy with everything else and it was an affordable place to stay on the beach!

Dung’s place was a perfect place for a 2 week stay! Very accommodating and comfortable.

The host is fantastic! He let us check in early, gave us a gift when we checked out and even held our luggage for us. Very clean, with amazing amenities. I will be staying here again on my next trip to Da Nang!

Stayed 2 weeks in April. Sea view from small balcony, washing machine and other amenities made a longer stay more comfortable. When we arrived we had to clean the kitchen; otherwise beautiful. Issues reported and attended to by host. Cong spent considerable time with us learning the motorbike, which we rented cheaper than anywhere else! Thank you for a great stay.

I stayed 3 days with my dog and booked again. There was a washing machine, so it was comfortable, and I stayed without any inconvenience due to the host's prompt response. I was able to deliver it very comfortably, and I was able to buy the bottled water and food I needed at K-Mart. Good house good host ^ ^
