Monthly Rentals in Khokana

The unit is great, everything was like in description, beautiful surroundings, peaceful atmosphere, lovely views from rooftop, fully furnished kitchen(at least there were everything i needed), a lot of space for living in comfort, wonderful, responsible housekeeper and host. It is also in walkable distance from Patan Darbar Square and mangal bazar where I liked spending time with a cup of masala tea 😁 l was satisfied with everything so that stayed there almost two months. Thank you guys for your professionalism and hospitality! Hope see you again.

Lovely apartment and great location to boot! Amenities & housekeeping were perfect for my two-week stay and I particularly enjoyed interacting with the local hosts (who live one floor below), who were kind enough to invite me to their family Dashain celebrations and helped me move in and out as well.

We have a wonderful stay at pranaya. The host was very helpful. Whenever we have a request or a question the host responds fast and solves it. I would highly recommend this place to stay if you are coming to Katmandu. The owner of the shop near the Airbnb was very helpful also. My overall experience was great.

One of the best places on AirBNB ive stayed to date! Just spectacular! Suave is a diligent and exemplary host who delivered with excellence. His customer service, attitude and service delivery is world class to stay the least. Location is pretty much central to everything from restaurants, malls and supermarkets within 10 mins walking at most. Notable locations are Labim mall (fashion, restaurants, cafes, retail etc) about 7 mins walk. Bhat Bhattani major supermarket which has everything from essentials like grocery items to fashion to liquor about 7 mins walk. With regards to restaurants and cafes spoilt for choice. Great pizza place literally out the front of the place. Awesome cafe 50 metres away to the left opens around 11am barista made. I absolutely loved my stay (stayed for 3+ months extended stay 3 times! must tell you something :)) and cant recommend the place or host highly enough.
