Perfect Friends and Family Hideaway - Walk to town

We had a great stay at James’ place. It was located in a great spot near town so we could easily walk to the fun shops and restaurants in Frisco. While convenient, it was super quiet and tucked into the wooded area by the creek. It was perfect! We were also able to cook easily in the well-appointed kitchen. We loved that each bedroom had its own private bath. Made it great for a family vacation. Thank you! We will definitely be back!

We had a great time at Stephanie's place. The ski locker, pool, spa, and gym were nice parts of the property. The secure parking garage was also a bonus. We liked how quiet our visit was for Spring skiing. Stephanie was always responsive and helpful, which was great. We'd stay there again and bring our dog next time!

OK, trust me, stop looking and book Jenna ‘s place! It was on point with all the other fabulous reviews. The location is spectacular-just steps away from the most adorable little downtown. The unit is so thoughtfully designed with lots of little extras… like robes in all the bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and everything is on its own floor so there’s lots of privacy. Having a garage was extra helpful, especially during the snowy nights. Jenna was an incredible host, very quick to respond and so helpful. This has been one of our best Airbnb stays. Can’t wait to book our next trip!

Caroline was such a lovely host, and her place was perfect for my sister and I skiing at A-Basin for the weekend! The area is cute with some shops and restaurants, and the lake is beautiful. The shuttle picks up super close to get to the mountain, so it made it easy to avoid the $20/day parking fee on the weekend. Would love to come back earlier in the season to skate on the lake!

Liz and Don’s place was perfect for our family of 5! From the amenities (like arts and crafts/spa/gym/pool), to the location (close to food/ski shuttle/river walk), to how thoughtful and responsive Liz and Don were - this was a 5/5 experience. We will definitely be back.

We had a great stay. The location is amazing, just a few steps to the American Eagle lift, which was really helpful as our groups members' would ski in or out at different times. There was a convenient mud room area where we could boot up, plus a ski locker so we did not have to trudge our skis and boards into the room. The restaurants of Center Village are 1-5 minutes away by foot. The living room / dining area overlooks the plaza and ski runs so those that weren't skiing had a great view. Paul and Skyrun were very communicative. The unit was well equipped with kitchen supplies and there were many humidifiers to use. Happy to stay here again.

Great place with fair price! We had a great time there! The decors and style really make you feel like you’re at home. It’s very spacious too - you can definitely fit more than 10 people if you have a big party. The location is also very good, 5 mins to most of the places in town. Definitely recommend!

An amazing place! Next to the lift on peak 9. My wife is very picky with linens and pillows and this was top notch. Very confortable bed, more than enough pillows for kids and adults, fully equipped kitchen, hot air dryer for boots and gloves next to kitchen is very convenient. Not a single negative thing that I can say about this place. Jeff was amazing answering every question immediately, extremely helpful. The Breck free ride bus was on the curb right outside the condo. Only downside is that the lift in peak 9 was closed for the season, but that has nothing to do with the condo, so check in advance if arriving late in the ski season. Highly recommend this place!

The unit worked perfectly for our first trip to Keystone. The bedroom layout worked well for 2 families with kids. We appreciated the efficient layout and the open kitchen/dining/living room area. The host was clear with instructions and responsive. We all enjoyed the amenities, including the attached parking, heated pool, hot tub and ski lockers.

Mike was extremely communicative and went out of his way to ensure our comfort and accommodations were of the highest level. All of the couches and beds were extremely comfortable and clean. The hot tub and grill made the whole trip for us.

As a New Yorker with pretty high standards, I was beyond impressed with this home — truly 5-star quality. The design was stylish and thoughtful, the comfort was top-notch, and the fully stocked kitchen had absolutely everything we needed (and more). After long days of skiing in Breckenridge, coming back to this space felt like a real retreat. The clubhouse was stunning — a perfect bonus with great amenities. This place exceeded every expectation, and I wouldn’t hesitate to rebook.

This home is the only AirBnB home that really is as good as the reviews/ photos look - from the large kitchen (with fantastic cookware, more than enough dishes/glasses/cutlery and all types of coffee makers!) to amazing beds to the plush bathrobes and plethora of towels for different purposes! Then of course the amenities at the Aspen House and Lake House and fab location to Breck and Copper. Really amazing stay and many fantastic memories created. We can’t wait to come back next year! Karen’s communications were fab too!

Great house and location. Plenty of room for 8 people. Hot tub was very nice and had a large kitchen and living room. Was perfect for our family event. It is built on the side of a mountain so it is a tri-level. Could possibly be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. Was great for us.
