Beach condo vacation rentals in Key West

We had a great time! Awesome community with walkable restaurants and bars. We loved the local beaches. The people at the complex were super nice. Our four boys loved running from the pool to the beach. Everyone we met was very nice. Great instructions and recommendations. Loved it!

Pedro’s condo was exactly what we needed. We needed a base from which we could access our boat and still enjoy the Keys. It was great to come back, shower and relax after very busy days! It’s a place we would come back to and we highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.

We enjoyed our stay at Keith's. The complex and the amenities are great! The balcony is deceivingly tiny. Barley big enough to use. The condo is very nice. We were concerned at the bright light shining through the front door every night since the bedroom is in the front of the house. The first night we had the bedroom door closed and it was very warm because the AC couldn't circulate. The next night we opened the door and couldn't sleep because of the bright light shining in. Seems as though there could be a quick/easy fix to this problem by purchasing a room darkening shade at Home Depot. We did notice other units with similar shades. We had questions about the TV and Joe was quick to help us out. The Roku was fine after we reset and the Fision remote never worked. We think it needs batteries. We had to purchase body wash, shampoo & conditioner because the shower caddy was just about empty. All in all we had a great stay.

The condo was well equipped and in a quiet spot. We loved the beach and didn’t have problems finding chairs. It’s not a huge beach so it wasn’t noisy or crowded. The pool is also very nice! There are beach towels, rafts and sand toys in the unit which was great. There is an area under the building with ping pong, a mini pool table and other games too. We have older kids but would’ve loved to have found this place when they were little. It’s perfect for young families with the pool and small beach. We definitely had a chance to unwind during our stay. Desy was super responsive to my questions and messages.

This great little place on Duck Key had so much to offer for being a home away from home. All the amenities to make it flexible for us to dine in some nights and go out others. The location was beautiful and peaceful. Our stay was during the unfortunate fires down highway 1 and she kept us up to date on the road situations so we knew if we were able to get down there. She checked in on us after arrival and offered early check in so we could get there while the roads were open. We can’t wait to go back and make it a family tradition!

We had an amazing few days to disconnect. The resort exceeded my expectations - the property is on a private beach with beach chairs, umbrellas, primitive shower to rinse off, a decent size pool, and tall coconut palm trees. So dreamy! The property is very clean, staff is friendly. The apartment is well stocked with kitchen essentials like plates, cups, silverware, pots, etc. We are definitely coming back!

Great spot to spend days for vacation. Great service by office staff. They took care of all requests we had in the most friendly manner. The hotel is located right on the water, so views were great. Nice pool and great vibe. Would highly recommend.

Close enough and not too far away from Key West exploration. The concierge was friendly and very eager to accommodate, front desk staff were helpful and very pleasant. The restaurant next door, Tavern N Town at the Beachside Resort, had a nightly happy hour with great cocktail service from Mr. George and delicious tapas - shrimp tacos, conch chowder, calamari, roasted cauliflower. The rental was fully stocked with all dishes & utensils needed. No issues with parking or anything else. Very enjoyable stay.

Perfect location for all things Key West! We stayed 7 days, family of four, 2 teenagers. Location was fantastic. We could walk to either the southernmost point or Mallory Square in under 15 minutes. Duval is 2 blocks away. We made a grocery pick up on the way in, cooked many breakfasts and lunches and spent many nights out. Renting bikes is the way to go to see more or to get to some of the further away beaches. Bike rental is 2 blocks away, easy, and includes overnight. Biking the island is phenomenal, especially at night. Key West is what you make it. Enjoy the laid back lifestyle, island chill, beautiful beaches, or get crazy on Duval. The old homes, sights, sounds and smells are phenomenal. This home is a perfect home base. We spent many nights, mornings and afternoons on the back deck just taking it all in. The back gate is a nice entrance and exit to the adventure, too. Book this home. I don’t think you will regret it.

I stayed at the Truman Annex last year for the boat races and loved the location. I decided to rent from Wally this year due to his condo was more open and also had a 2nd bath! He was very responsive when I texted him, the house was very clean and everything was perfect, I highly recommend!

Bonnie's place was just what we had hoped it would be. Comfy, plenty of room for 2 friends and not tripping over each other. Ice maker in fridge was a great plus. We loved it and if we're ever in Key West again, we'll ask for this location.

Eric’s place was lovely, well maintained, nicely appointed, and immaculate. The 3 of us enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pool. Even though the apartment is near the airport we only heard planes twice in the 4 days we were there. There is a convenient little grocery store on the site and excellent BBQ from a food truck near the pool. Eric responded to our questions promptly. Comfy beds, everything worked and we enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again.

Kim's place was perfect for our extended family. The full unit (kitchen, lounge, bathroom, and bedroom) downstairs was perfect for my parents to stay while my family of 4 plus my sister stayed upstairs where there is another kitchen and lounge as well as 2 bedrooms. Facilities in the complex were fantastic with a huge pool, tennis and pickle ball courts, and clubhouse. The location was great to get anywhere in Key Largo as well as the rest of the Keys. Last, but definitely not least, the hosts were extremely responsive and helpful with all the questions and things that came up during the stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again if we are back in the Keys.

This location is the jewel of the Keys. Private, safe and with an incredible view of the ocean and sunrise. I’ve stayed many times in the area and this is absolutely the best. Owner is extremely helpful and available for any questions. Condo has a well stocked kitchen for cooking with great restaurants nearby. Big, fluffy oversized towels are provided. Being on the second floor near the stairs made that the easiest route in and out. Great group of people we met at the pool, many returning every year for extended stays. Just a wonderful place and hoping to return again next year. Thank you so much, Jeanette!

Check in/check out was easy! Nice and clean, pool and hot tub area was clean and the pool was nice and warm. We will definitely be check CoolVacay's properties for our next vacation.

What a great spot! We were blown away by the value. Clean, comfortable and close to literally everything we wanted to do in Key West. They even picked us up at the airport even though our flight was 30 minutes late. Amazing place in an amazing town. We will definitely stay with Rick again!

Great experience, great host and accommodations. Hot tub wasn't working while we were there, but repair was delayed over the holiday week which was out of the hosts' control. Very communicative and responsive.

We have stayed at this property multiple times, and our employees are never disappointed. Great property and host, I would recommend booking when in the area.

A very well appointed condo with everything supplied. A great view over the marina. However, close to a main route into Central Key West made it a slightly noisy location. Also next door to a bar/restaurant,this made sitting on balcony a not so peaceful experience. For those interested in watching TV the wifi was awful. The pool area was predominantly in the shade come the afternoon. The host was very responsive and helpful. All in all, we enjoyed our stay as we loved Key West.

This is a BEAUTIFUL condo in a GREAT area with a LOVELY COURTYARD for rest and relaxation. A nice little pool also. Very quiet and easy to get around. It was great to WALK or BIKE RIDE in the area. Would definitely stay there again.

Victor was truly amazing at making sure we made landed ok and made it save. The place was just as described and extremely clean! Also, the birthday balloon gift was truly sweet. This place makes you feel right at home. Will definitely be back!
