Adir and his property were absolutely amazing! From start to finish, everything went so smoothly. Adir was always quick to respond, super helpful, and just genuinely friendly. It felt like he truly cared about making sure we had the best experience possible. My team couldn’t stop talking about how much they loved their stay. The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything they needed. They didn’t run into a single issue, which made their time there so much easier and more enjoyable. I’d wholeheartedly recommend Adir and this property to anyone. It was such a great experience, and we’d definitely love to stay here again in the future!

Great place to stay great host

This was a great place with a great location. Very convenient to the stores, only about 15-20 mins drive to the beach, and the pool was kept clean.

We had a fantastic stay at Dmitrii’s place! The home was spacious and perfect for a group of friends — the rooms were a great size, and the overall layout made it super comfortable for everyone to relax and enjoy. The beds were especially comfortable, which made coming back after a long day out even better. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to use the pool as we were constantly on the go exploring the city, but it looked very inviting — hopefully next time! As a first-time Airbnb user, I had quite a few questions, and Dmitrii was incredibly patient and quick to respond every time. His timely and helpful communication really put me at ease and made the whole experience smooth. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area — would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at this property! The pool was definitely a highlight — very warm, clean, and the whole backyard space was lovely, especially when the ocean was too cold. The house itself is very clean and located on a quiet, nice street, which made for a pleasant environment overall. This house has everything you need for a great time! The home is well suited for families, with the 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. It would be even better if the host provided a few extra touches geared toward families, like toys or games, to make it feel even more welcoming for kids. This might have been a deliberate choice by the hosts but some easy/simple board games would have been great. A couple of things to note: there wasn’t anywhere to hang towels in the bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, the air conditioning unit was quite loud (beware light sleepers), and since this is a duplex, we could hear the neighbors through the walls — both their conversations and footsteps.

This place had everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation prior to the crazy Holiday season. we only had 6 people but it would easily accommodate more. Monica was responsive to any questions or concerns. The location was perfect. Easy access to sombrero Beach and Marathon amenities: bars, restaurants, and activities. we were able to experience a turtle release on Sombrero Beach from The Turtle Hospital. Highly recommend renting from Monica again and on Marathon Beach.

Susan and Dale were on-site, extremely responsive and helpful. We had a great sunset boat ride, great conversation, the pool was clean and warm and lots of sand toys everything we needed and more. We would absolutely stay again.

Loved our stay here! Very private pool and the tiki bar/outside ice maker, was amazing. The house was clean and comfortable with the most comfortable beds ever! The only down side was the location for boating. The dock was excellent and the trip to the 7 mile bridge to fish was conveniently close, however, to do any ocean boating or fishing, the distance thru the sailboat/houseboat harbor was long and we encountered some not so friendly types through there. Over all, to stay and enjoy the privacy of the canal and pool, this was top notch!!!

The house is absolutely beautiful, and the location was fantastic. Everything you may need is basically a 4-8 minute drive away. I also loved the outdoor spaces - the waterfront and the screened swimming pool with beautiful views, and that the house is always bright and well lit thanks to its big windows. The hosts were very kind and responsive and always happy to accommodate our needs. Would love to stay here again in the future.

This is an amazing place to stay: plenty of space, near of the most touristic area in Miami, a quiet and relaxing escape in the center of the city and a friendly host. I recommend this place to anybody that really want to enjoy the real experiencia to visit Miami.

We had a wonderful time at Leo’s place! The pool and hot tub were the perfect temp, super clean, and had beautiful foliage all around! We so appreciate being able to bring our dogs and LOVED taking them on walks through the awesome neighborhood, so safe, beautiful, and walkable! The house is so lovely with lots of windows, comfy beds, and the best screened in porch! We spent HOURS enjoying the porch! It was a terrific stay and can’t wait to return!

The house was very comfortable and in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It was located near Walmart and Publix with restaurants and other shopping only a few miles away. The patio and pool areas were excellent as I love sitting outside. We experienced a minor problem with the floor being a little sticky and several beds linen needed replacing, however, Polina resolved the problem immediately. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time. The neighborhood is beautiful, super quiet and nice to walk around. We used the provided paddle boards to go to nearby Sombrero Beach which was lovely. We also walked to Publix and Walgreens. The house itself is really two houses - one upstairs and one downstairs - each with their own kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms. The house itself is simple and utilitarian, but backyard area is really spectacular. We spent the vast majority of our time outside lounging, playing tennis or swimming in the pool. The location also makes for an easy day trip to Key West. The property manager Jesús was extremely responsive and took care of everything we needed.

Great place to stay! Lot's of space if there are a lot of guests, but still has a cozy feel if there are only a few people. The hot tub is wonderful, and being right next to the river is nice. It is such a short drive from the airport, but doesn't feel like it.

We loved our stay here. The house was clean and perfect for our family. The kids loved the pool and the pool/ping pong table! We were a group of 9 and felt like we had plenty of space. Host was attentive, responsive and helpful! We hope to be able to come back and stay at the house again!

Very attentive, good communication, I had a last minute plan to go down to Miami. I was able to reserve two hrs before arriving to Miami with them. No issue to check in nor with are stay. Very spacious for my family.
