Great Accommodation, top location, everything top👍🏻

We had such a great time staying here on the 18th floor… the view was immaculate! The large kitchen and living room, along with 3 beds and 3 baths, gave plenty of space for the 8 of us, and everything was very clean. It truly felt like the perfect home for us to hang out and make memories. The location was also very convenient, just a short walk to Walmart and the beach, which made everything so easy. The host was very responsive and quick to resolve any minor issues, which we really appreciated. We absolutely loved it and would definitely stay here again… 👍👍👍

This place was amazing to stay at! Our group had an amazing time. Everything around the place was close enough to walk and the beach was within a minute walk as well. I recommend everyone to stay at this place if you are considering it!

I am a fan of the Ocean Reserve. Daniel’s apartment stood out for the furniture, the amenities and the parking which is right in front of the building.

We had a wonderful stay at Zees place . The view is to die for sitting in the balcony for hours was a delight . The condo is very well equipped with everything you need . Beds are very comfortable . Huge bed in the master bedroom . The beach chairs and brolly were an amazing addition and served us well most days . The condo is well placed to the boardwalk and restaurants and having a huge Walmart within minutes walking was a lifesaver . We had an amazing week here as a family making memories and will be back . Zee was fantastic to deal with and very responsive checking in on us throughout the week

This is located in a great area of Marathon, Fl . A nice and safe area . The building is older but it has been updated and looks great. The beach area is awesome, a very nice beach with lots of sand with a few steps down to the ocean , this is a great private beach

The master bedroom has a wonderful view. The condo was clean and very spacious. The location was wonderful. The host was very responsive. We really enjoyed it.

Great experience, great host and accommodations. Hot tub wasn't working while we were there, but repair was delayed over the holiday week which was out of the hosts' control. Very communicative and responsive.

Honestly an amazing stay, the Patrick was great. Very clean and had everything you could really need. Keep in mind there is a $50 fee per person at the location when you check in with the front desk. However, couples are charged one tab and children are free. The pool was beautiful and the location was extremely convenient. Restaurants, cafes, grocery shops, and gyms are all a 5 minute walk.

We stayed for 10 days in late March. the place is in a perfect location, lots of restaurants, shopping, grocery stores ect. 5 min walk to the beach. The outdoor gym is a 10 min walk, you can get a soild workout in there. they have lots of free weights and benches. nice to work out in the sand. there are also a few gyms in the area. probably around $35 for a drop in. very easy check in process as there is someone at the front desk 24 hours. Bed was comfortable, AC worked well, place was very clean and perfect for a stay on South Beach. The parking garage is very close , 3 min walk from the apartment. we found it safe and easy to get in and out. just be aware that the regular rate is $20 per day or $1 per hour, but we did have an issue where it was closed to the public the day we arrived due to an event. The cost was also $30 per day on the next weekend due to an event. NBD, just something to be aware of if you have a car.

I had a great stay at Aleksandr's... always available to answer... we were greeted by yellow-collared parakeets on the balcony... I highly recommend this place for a stay close to the sea in a quiet neighborhood.

You cannot beat the location. Beach access behind building and easy walk to south beach restaurants and stores. The place is small yes but has all you need for brief stay - refrigerator, table, TV, stove (if need be). Plenty of towels and access to beach chairs and umbrella. I’d def stay again

What a beautiful time spent here. You don’t need much when you’re in Miami, but for what it has, everything is excellent. A clean shower, a comfortable bed, and a tv for jamz as you get ready for the night. The beach chairs were chefs kiss, nothing like just pulling up to the beach with no worries. And a special shoutout to Debbie who went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable. All in all this place is the little engine that could, and definitely did.

The host was responsive and accommodated an early check-in the day of. The place itself was as pictured, 2 minute walk to the beach/boardwalk and had everything for a comfortable stay. Would definitely book again!

Had a wonderful stay with 7 of my friends for my bachelorette party. Location was amazing - very close to the beach and great restaurants, bars, etc. Very walkable. Nice cozy spot for all of us girls to spend time together. The place had 2 kitchens and 3 bathrooms, which made it really easy for us to cook/get ready on time. The art deco master bathroom was a bit small, and the lights were a bit wonky, but there were clear instructions about the showers in each bathroom. Marla was overall very responsive and helpful. She even had beach chairs/umbrellas for us to use as well as a wine opener, scissors, etc. Super convenient spot and great value for the money!

JM’s place was wonderful and he is a great host! We had an issue with the AC and he was super responsive and got it fixed for us! And the views from the balcony and unbeatable. One of the tallest buildings in Hollywood and the unit is on the top floor. Good pool and beach as well.

Marco is very friend and responsive. The place is beautiful and convenient to get around and it is a few minutes drive to shopping mall. The hotel facility is no doubt top notch!! Will definitely come back
