Monthly Rentals in Ketty

It was a delightful stay in the midst of a tea plantation.

The stay was beautiful, beyond what we envisioned It was a perfect getaway for us, splendid view and super comfortable stay. The bungalow is much more beautiful than what the pics are in Airbnb... When we entered the home...The only expression I had was "WoW" & when we went to the balcony and looked at the view...my jaws dropped and it was a "double WOW" Words cannot explain the serenity and tranquility around.. The swing and the hammock added to the relaxation. Now...coming to the way the bungalow has been equipped with all amenities is the best that I have experienced until now. And I am a frequent Airbnb visitor. All rooms were made Cosy, comfortable and had all the amenities for a stay. The living hall with the fireplace was just perfect to enjoy the weather! The TV room is what we loved too...in the evening as we did not want to go out it was a perfect place for us to Cosy up and watch movies. A very special mention to the delicious food that Mukesh and Rubina cooked.

We look back fondly on the stay. The biggest pros: 1) MRK, Mrs Reddy, and Wahid were very responsive. A non-stick pan was bought within a couple of days. Some bugs came in in the bathroom during rainy/ cloudy days, and they solved the issue (gap in exhaust fan outlet) quickly. 2) The cottage was as described. Amazing views and light. Very good kitchen area. Comfy bed. We knew about the small fridge (given the Coonoor temperature, it suffices). Clean bathroom with a nice wide window. Peaceful surroundings. 3) Lots of nice walking trails around, with interesting birds and other wildlife. We would remember the stay most fondly for the long, leisurely hikes. The one con was a slightly complicated electricity system, routing power first into backup batteries. Given frequent power cuts in certain phases (partly because of rains), sometimes, everyone else had power around, except the house. There was no easy way to tell, but to check with Mrs Reddy or Wahid, and became an unexpected task.

Staying at the place was a refreshing escape. Skyfall Villas offered stunning views of lush, green hills and misty peaks. Each morning, the crisp air and gentle sounds of nature felt invigorating, and evenings by the fireplace with a warm drink were incredibly relaxing.
