What a great place to stay! Liesl and Marcel provided thorough, timely instructions on how to find the home, how to access it, as well as thoughtful recommendations for area activities and food. All recommendations they provided were spot-on! The home was better than expected....extremely quiet, clean, private.....everything one could ask for when trying to "get away from it all." An absolutely beautiful place! Surrounded by nature and the most homely cottage. Perfectly located for exploring Kings Canyon and Sequoia National forest. It really was a home from home for us, so well equipped with everything we would need for a stay with a young family. BBQ, firepit, cot, highchair, toys, books, garden games! Nancy & Chuck were so friendly and welcoming. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

The chalet was great. It was quaint, very clean and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy the nearby park.

Great place to stay to visit Sequoia National Park! The place was clean, quiet, private and was perfect for a couple. Joyce was kind and responsive and even left us cookies upon our arrival. It was also very nice that she left Keurig cups and some creamer and sugar to make coffee in the morning which was such a nice touch. It was easy to get to both restaurants and the park from this location. I highly recommended staying here!

We enjoyed our very short stay at Debra’s cottage. Would have loved to stay longer. Very nice place for Sequoia NP visits. Everything was clean, host communicated very well, and instructions were clear. Would definitely come back and hopefully for longer next time. THANKS!!!!!

Despite being an older home, the entire place was beautifully upgraded and decorated, showcasing the host’s refined taste. Everything was perfect, and we were truly impressed by the thoughtful details throughout the space. The backyard grill and fire pit were wonderful touches, and the location was conveniently close to Sequoia National Forest. The house looked exactly like the photos—if not even better. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A cozy house with great proximity to Death Valley National Park. Very quiet area which made it easy to get a good night's sleep. Had a bit of trouble with the oven but the host was very responsive and indicated that the oven would be replaced soon so hopefully doesn't impact other guests. The perfect stopping place for a quick trip to the park.

Very great place would stay here again. Comforting and relaxing.

Great time at the Sierra Sky Cottage! We had a quiet and peaceful stay. The house is in a perfect location for accessing all the outdoors activities on Lake Isabella and the upper & lower Kern River. Dean was helpful in sending along recs and even was flexible about us checking in a bit early to accommodate our schedule.
