Monthly Rentals in Kendrick

This farm house is very quiet and peaceful, nice being out in the country but not too far from other activities. Well decorated both inside and out, had a great time and would highly recommend. Courtney is a very polite and helpful young lady.

It was an incredibly beautiful and peaceful stay! The entire trip was relaxing and scenic! The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful! It was also a lovely place to propose to my significant other, and I highly recommend this place to anyone!

Clean house, comfy beds, and quiet neighborhood made for a nice stay for us at the Grey House in Chandler. We would definitely stay here again!

Cindy was a wonderful host. We were there for almost 2 weeks during a very cold spell. The house stayed warm and cozy. And there was plenty of hot water. In the picture, the two twin beds were bunked. I was very happy to find out when I got there, that the beds had been separated. The location was near fast food restaurants with a dollar store right down the street. Cindy was very flexible as we adjusted our stay a couple of times. Please notice in the listing description that there is no TV and no Internet. This was not a problem for us. We will be staying here again, if possible, the next time we visit Chandler.
