Townhome vacation rentals in Kemptown

We recently stayed at Joanne’s home in the Brighton Hove area. We were an extended family with 7 adults and 3 children. There was plenty of room for everyone with large bedrooms and comfortable beds. A wonderful Kitchin area with plenty of room to gather. The most amazing doors that open out to a beautiful and private yard. The home was a short walk to the beach, or to the bus (very reliable and comes often) to get to town. There is a tesco nearby as well as cafes for a morning coffee and bakery treat. The only item to be aware of is that the stairs are a bit steep so if you have accessibility issues, this might not be the right fit. Overall, we would highly recommend this property and certainly rent again. Thank you Joanne! Beth

The house is a good size and full of character. The location was ideal for us as we wanted to be close to family over Christmas but it is very conveniently situated near Five Ways for shops and buses. Emma was very helpful ahead of our visit with very clear instructions re check in . Overall , a great venue for a Brighton visit.

We all really enjoyed our stay at Eugenie’s house in Brighton. It was like being in our own home with space to accommodate our family in what felt like familiar surroundings! We particularly enjoyed the way in which we were all able to seamlessly blend into the unique and relaxed lived in environment of the home. I would thoroughly recommended Eugenie’s house for family gatherings and from which to explore wonderful Brighton.

Zoe has gone above and beyond to make my stay as lovely as could be. The house was immaculately presented , bathrooms and kitchen were spotless and the lounge was as cosy as you could wish for, I particularly liked the real fireplace. The kitchen had anything you could wish for , SMEG coffee maker with ample of pods available was a joy to use. My bed was big and super comfortable. Zoe left some recommendations for local pubs and restaurants which was brilliant. The free street parking, and available drive was a bonus which made parking pain free. I would heartily recommend staying at this property , and have no doubt I shall book again next time I’m in the south cost. Thank you Zoe you are a star.

this house is absolutely perfect for a few days in Brighton. the location is brilliant and it comes with a parking space. the house was so comfortable, clean and had everything you could need. the host was so helpful. I will definitely be returning.

The house is perfectly positioned in a quiet mews - within walking distance of the station, the beach and a range of fantastic restaurants. Jackie and family are fabulous hosts and made us feel incredibly welcome in their beautiful, stylish home. We had all the home comforts we could possibly wish for - including comfy beds, fluffy towels and a very well equipped kitchen. The house is spotlessly clean and the communication before and during our stay was excellent. We would love to return and will definitely recommend.

Jon’s place is well located in Kemptown on one of the quietest streets near Brighton College. The place itself is very clean and has everything you need. What we’ve liked in particular is the separate dining room, not something you find in most airbnb homes. The front rooms are filled with light. Recommend.

A perfect place to stay in the centre of town. Amazing hosts with great communication. Place was easy to find and truly spotless. Would highly recommend.

The townhouse is perfect for a stay in Brighton. Very close to the station and walkable for all shops and the sea front. Each room is very spacious and clean, I'd recommend for any group wanting to visit Brighton.

What’ a completely gorgeous house in a lovely location. My family and I were lucky enough to spend the Christmas period at Rachel ‘s house; we have family who live a two minute walk away-so it was just perfect! The beds were extremely comfortable, and the house had everything we needed for a super stay. Rachel was not only really friendly, but mega helpful throughout our stay! We will be back!

Roz was kind and helpful. She told us of events in the area and provided us with helpful information. The kitchen was stocked with treats and snacks on arrival. We had eight people stay and the house accommodated us all nicely.

We had a great stay at Chris's property, the house is really spacious and very clean with a well-equipped kitchen worked well for our group of 8 adults and 2 kids. Chris responded really quickly to our questions with the few queries we had before and during our stay. One thing to highlight-it could be clearer before booking that the garden, although included in the listing photos, is strictly off limits.

Helena’s place is great - a great house with lots of room and good amenities. Steps away from Waitrose and Lewes High Street meant that this was an extremely convenient place to stay for all members of our group. Thank you!

This is a wonderful place to stay for a visit to Brighton. The house is beautiful with great facilities and it is really close to everything. Matthew is an excellent host and made the trip really easy for us. We didn’t have a car on this visit but the availability of a car parking space is a huge bonus. Would definitely stay again.

This was a great find for us in Brighton for Christmas. Very central, not far from the lanes, the shops and the beach. The space worked really well with very comfy sofas, dinning space and seperate kitchen. Warm, clean and dealing with the host was easy. Highly recommended.

This is a great place to stay in Brighton, especially if there are several of you. It is exactly as described – spacious, lots of natural light, very central with easy access to everywhere, and surrounded by lots of places to eat. Having an outdoor area really is lovely, and with a sea view from the stairs and one of the bedrooms it was all you could ask for. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to stay again when visiting the lovely relaxing town of Brighton.

We had a lovely weekend away staying here. The house was very clean and tidy and it was a very easy commute into central Brighton. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a stay just outside Brighton.

Very responsive hosts who were willing to be flexible with parking our car before check in l. Very friendly and welcoming. Lovely little basket of welcome snacks and helpful bits and bobs like dish washer tablets and tea bags that we forgot. We love it as it’s near our family and the beach. But very private and quiet for our young kids to sleep well. Nice and clean and feels cosy and good quality. We book this place everytime we come to Brighton Although quite expensive at Christmas 🙏🏻

Such a special house. Sarah is so welcoming and really keeps a beautiful house. Pictures are exactly what is described (if not better in person). Nice add also that dogs are welcome. Always appreciated in an area with such beautiful walks. Location is lovely and everything is walkable. Highly recommend for your trip to Brighton!
