Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Kempton Park

I had a lovely stay at Lauren's home. As other reviewers have noted, it is such a peaceful, warm place in the middle of the city, with easy uber/car access to everything that you need (I rarely waited more than 2-3 minutes for an uber). The garden area is so peaceful, the home is very well equipped, and Lauren is very responsive and helpful.

Slee was an amazing host. Very patient and accommodating. She is friendly and always available to answering my questions or being able to help me when I call her. The space was clean, beautiful backyard. I love the indoor braai area. It was lovely having my staycation there

A lovely, large and well equipped house with garden and pool within walking distance of Parkhurst restaurants and shops. A great place to stay if visiting Joburg - felt very comfortable. Hannah was very professional and friendly and we felt very at home.

Sonja’s home is beautiful, and she was an extremely helpful host. The pool was a real plus for us, and we spent most of our time in it. Sonja came round with pool floats for our children, a baby pool, and an umbrella as an extra touch - thank you Sonja! The kitchen is really well stocked, and had lots that we didn’t expect. We would highly recommend this Airbnb!

Thabo was a superhost. He was very responsive and very accomdating. Will definitely stay there again.

Staying here was definitely value for money. A great spot, private, quiet and Raymond was responsive and friendly. Appreciated the short stay and would recommend staying here if wanting to be close to Montecasino and neighbouring attractions. Thank you for the gift as well :)

Absolutely loved my stay at Ethel’s place! It was such a joy from start to finish. The outdoor shower was a total treat, and soaking in the tub with a glass of wine in the evenings felt like pure magic. The garden is lush and peaceful – such a beautiful space to unwind. Ethel is the most amazing host – incredibly warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. The place is stylishly decorated with thoughtful touches throughout, and I felt completely safe and welcomed. Being within walking distance of the hospital was also super convenient. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay – highly recommended!

Had a wonderful stay at Miralda’s place. Everything is so well equipped and a lovely spacious space offering a great work area and close proximity to shopping malls and the airport. Very safe and secure and will definitely return.

Bedroom has a great view and ample sunshine in the mornings. Great hospitality and friendly.

The place is hard to find because we got lost but Antonie was helpful and we arrived safely.The pictures on airbnb don’t do justice to the place, the place looks 3 times better then what you see on the pictures very modern and stylish decor , the staff is amazing always catering beyond their duty ,utensils were great you don’t need to bring anything but food ,we had a wonderful stay definitely going back again

What was supposed to be a two-day booking became four weeks! Sam and Clive's place was well-appointed, spacious and decorated in such a way (books included!) that it felt like returning home, rather than going to an Airbnb. It is private, with its own entrance and dedicated parking situated in a peaceful, quiet neighbourhood - walking distance to a shopping centre with restaurants and a short driving distance to major malls and amenities. Before accepting my booking, they surprised me by listing challenges (such as a power failure, their unavailability for the weekend) and then checking with me if I still wanted to book despite the challenges. They both met me in the pouring rain to let me in and show me around the cottage. Over the course of my stay they respected my privacy whilst checking in on me every so often to ensure I was ok and had everything I needed - and even made me a meal when I was ill! I would highly recommend the cottage for anyone needing a home away from home!

Exceptional in every possible way . We are a family of 8 from New Zealand 🇳🇿 and stayed at Mini's for 7 nights & words here can not possibly do justice to how wonderful our stay was from start to finish . Mini went out of her way and more to make us feel welcome , always on hand with a smile and advice if needed . Beautiful tranquility of the gardens and max the Labrador made us feel like family . I and my friends really enjoyed our stay, the house is so stunning and views are beautiful. The place is so peaceful. It would be perfect to book the house during summer, but overall I give the place 10/10.

Great beautiful home. Clean and tidy. Has everything you need. Perfect if you have a big family. Unfortunately couldnt use the pool as it was cold. Had a fire place for the cold winter nights. The Tennis court was such a hit. Shoes the care taker was very helpful. I Would recommend this place. My family and i loved it.

Great spot, really spacious and comfortable. Beautiful facilities and amenities. Was also very pleasant hearing the resident Owls calling in the evenings.
