This Magic Sands Condo is 5 stars! It is as beautiful as the picture which advertise it. The condo is well provisioned and stocked with everything one might need for an amazing Kona vacation. The host provided very detailed instructions - not only about the condo but also restaurants, sights to see and things to do. We found it to be excellent value for our vacation dollars.

We had a wonderful stay! Beautiful location, description and pictures are accurate. This Airbnb has the most equipped kitchen I have ever stayed at, it's got everything! Beach chairs, umbrella, snorkeling gear available for use as well. Clean well maintained home. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb.

This is a lovely property. The (stunning) view from the deck is exactly as pictured, the kitchen is modern and functional, as are the 1 1/2 bathrooms. It is conveniently located, close enough to grocery shopping and restaurants but in a quiet neighborhood off the main road. Other renters have emphasized how steep the property’s driveway is - it is definitely steep! - but manageable with an SUV/AWD vehicle. Chris was helpful and responsive at all times. We would not hesitate to return.

It is a great place to stay in the condo. Almost have everything that for daily life. it is very convenient.

The view out our slider was beyond beautiful! We saw spinner dolphins putting on a show one morning and saw whales spouting and jumping everyday! The condo had all the beach equipment we needed, chairs, umbrella, towels and an ice chest. The Magic Sands Grill on the premises was an added bonus! Connie did an excellent job communicating with us! Mahalo for everything!

What an absolute blessing of a stay. A complete Gem of a place to stay AND a host. We couldn't be happier with where we were and how it felt to be there. Truly felt like home. Her kindness and generosity is unparalleled and anyone lucky enough to stay here should consider themselves blessed. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for home away from home.

Can't say enough about Dani and her wonderful condo! Dani is an outstanding host and made our stay amazing. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets and were treated to lots of whale activity seen from the deck every evening of our stay. We can't wait to book again! Thank you Dani for sharing your delightful home with us.

Really lovely space, had everything we needed and more. Loved having access to boogie boards, beach towels and umbrella + record player. A quick 5-10 min walk to everything in Kona and cute cats in the neighborhood. The only thing was the bed was super foamy, I know this works for a lot of folks but we found the pull out more firmer and able to sleep on that.

The Songbird Suite was perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. The bed was super comfortable. The kitchen had everything I needed including coffee beans and a coffee grinder. The bathroom shower was spacious with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There were beach towels, snorkeling gear, cooler and chair for the beach. The suite was on top of the hill. The view was marvelous. You could see the ocean and land below. It was very safe and quiet there-except for the roosters in the neighborhood. 😁 It was only 10 minutes from most areas I visited while there for 3 nights.
