Thank you, Gary! We had an incredible stay at your beautiful condo. The ocean views were stunning. The condo was very comfortable. We’re picky about beds - they were very comfy. Gary has provided every utensil you could need and everything is good quality. With being on the top floor no one is above you including on the balcony. It was incredibly quiet and private. Main noise once in a while was the crow of a rooster which we didn’t mind at all. In case you haven’t been to Kauai, wild chickens are everywhere, they even greeted us at the airport. Between the Princeville shopping center and Hanalei you will find groceries and great restaurants. Don’t miss the Princeville Farmers Market on Saturday mornings. Disability note: I have a knee injury and didn’t realize that there were stairs up to the condo when we booked. I managed the stairs with the help of a very sturdy railing and my cane. I was concerned about the stairs before going but it worked out well. I came home stronger! Enjoy.

Beautiful apartment within stunning resort community- only 8 minute walk to Poipu and Brennecke’s beaches. Huge, well appointed apartment with great natural light, stunning lanai on second floor. Highly recommended for families. Only slight issue was initial communication from host saying that there was no soap, cooking oil etc and we needed to bring our own. This turned out not to be the case and the place was fully stocked with spices, coffee, detergents etc. Also the noise from the upstairs apartment is very audible (footsteps and sliding furniture), however it’s not a dealbreaker given how gorgeous the setting and apartment are.

Our family of seven had a wonderful stay at Rosi's place. The home is as advertised. We pretty much crammed in activities every day during our stay and probably spent too little time enjoying the home. Wonderful friendly area in Princeville that makes it nice to spend some time walking around. Rosi was great at answering the few questions we had before and during our stay. Definitely recommend as a great place place to stay in the great North Coast of Kauai. We definitely had a trip to remember!

Beautiful and comfortable home. Very peaceful and quiet. The ocean is right there along with some really great restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Our party of 6 adults (3 couples) enjoyed staying here. Each couple having our own bathroom!! Close to Poipu Beach!! Loved it!!

We absolutely loved this property! The unit was beautifully decorated, clean, and incredibly spacious! The complex was really peaceful. There were obviously some other guests staying there, but it was a very relaxed vibe with not too many people there at all. We loved the pool and the hot tub, the gym, and the proximity to the beach. The manager was incredibly communicative and was beyond helpful in making sure we had a fantastic stay. We have traveled to the Hawaiian Islands 10+ times, and this property was definitely one of our favorites.

Many of the reviews say that the house is even better that depicted. They’re right. The house is large, yet cozy, and very comfortable for our family of eight adults. We did not expect to use the pool much but we actually did and it was great. Proximity to beaches and Old Koloa town is excellent. There are beach chairs, boogie boards, noodles and snorkeling gear in the garage. We love this house and would definitely stay here again.

Greatly enjoyed the condo. The living room bank of glass doors opened fully into the lanai - which gave the perfect Hawaii vibe we wanted. Plenty of kitchen ware. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub and use of the bbq.

We had a great stay. The host was responsive! Recommend 827 for anyone looking for a comfortable spot!

We really enjoyed our stay! The hosts provide a lot of extra little things that we appreciated: beach chairs & toys, as well as laundry and kitchen items that are not always provided with other rentals. We really felt at home. The location is excellent: very close to Brennecke's Beach and a short walk to Poipu Beach. Only area for improvement in my view was the pool area: the hot tub was not heated, and periodically there was a strong sewer smell there. Overall, we really liked the place and would stay again.

Wonderful, large 2 bedroom / 2 bath place a short walk from Poipu beach! The condo/townhouse is super nice - felt recently renovated. We easily settled in and felt comfortable lounging around in the space. Good privacy for groups because the bedrooms are on the lower level and on opposite sides. En-suite bathrooms for both (though one has a door to the hallway). A/C units and fans throughout for great climate control. Four outdoor seating areas + large living/dining space = lots of places to hangout. WiFi was fast and reliable. Main TV is huge! The pool on the property is solid - nice view of the ocean (and nice spot to hangout for the sunset). We liked that there were included beach chairs (though would have been nice to have an umbrella too). Also includes three hard-sided coolers! Would certainly go back!

We were not disappointed with the condo. The location was better than we expected and the condo interior was very nice. We loved the views from our deck and enjoyed coffee there every morning. We would highly recommend Nihi Kai #803. When ever we come to Poipu Beach, we would stay there again.

We felt quite at home. We had a little one with us & felt the beaches, grounds & home were very toddler friendly. We loved sitting on the front lawn & watching all the sea life with good snorkeling and kiddie beaches within an easy walk

This was our 15th visit to the beautiful island of Kauai and our best thanks to our stay at Parrish Kauai! From its location right on brennecke beach, to the amenities in the apartment, the views, the serenity, it was truly bliss and our 8 days spent in the Nihi Kai villas in unit 500 were truly memorable! Grateful to Parrish Kauai for being truly responsive and making our stay unforgettable!

My friends and I would say this home was a 10/10 place to stay on the South Shore. Walking distance to the beach and close to many great restaurants! What a beautiful spot. Extremely well designed and luxurious feeling to the space. The home felt as each detail had a purpose. It was also equipped with everything you could want and or need! Highly recommend to all looking for a relaxing and peaceful stay. Additionally, our host was wonderful! Cattarina was fast at responding and was flexible with our check-in and check-out times. Can’t wait to go back!
