Bryan’s Air BnB in Princeville is splendid! We feel in love with the place as soon as we arrived. The kitchen is spacious, and very well stocked and equipped. The decor and furniture is set up in such a way that makes one feel instantly at home. The bedrooms have air conditioners and comfy beds as well as separate washrooms. Having a washer and dryer as well as access to lawn chairs, coolers, beach blankets and more was definitely a bonus! The condo is located in a quiet and secure gated community that is close to shopping and restaurants. Bryan was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. He also provided us with information about places to visit and activities to partake in. I would highly recommend Bryan’s Air BnB.

This house and community were great for our family. Clean, beautiful pool, tons of toys and chairs for the beach, and just a short drive to Hanalei. Would definitely stay here again

Great place to stay in Princeville! Great amenities in the Airbnb to make living there easier. The condo does stay comfortable and cool through breezes and fans. Note that a rental agreement and your personal e-mail address are required for rental. Nothing significant is in the agreement but it is not noted in the listing.

We had a great stay. The proximity to the beach / ocean was excellent. Others comments about the bathroom/shower had us concerned, but it was clean and functional during our stay. The apartment was a little warm and stuffy when we first arrived, but once the windows are open and the fans are on, it cooled down considerably. By morning (in February) it was actually almost too cold. The closest full of beach stuff was really useful.

The property is fantastic. It is a quiet neighborhood of houses and condos super close to Poipu beach. There was plenty of nearby parking. A/C blows cold when we needed a break from the sun and heat. Amenities as described. The photos were accurate. The balcony is a pleasant place to have morning coffee and listen to the local birds.. We enjoyed the spacious layout of the property for my wife and I, and our three teenagers. Nathan was great as our host. We had a small issue getting the TV to work and Nathan was quick to respond and direct us how to use the cable tv app. (User error on our part). Nathan provided some good local recommendations. We had a great time! Thank you!!

This was such a cute cozy place! We had no issues at all and the place was clean. The host checked in on us which we thought was so nice of them to do so. We didn’t have any issues during our stay. I would most definitely stay here again!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The unit is spacious and could easily accommodate up to 6 adults (we were two adults and 2 small children). Some of the furniture and art work is a bit out of date and could be modernized. The beds was clean and comfortable. There is a large outside deck and small grass area that my kids enjoyed. The unit is quite dark and there is not a lot of natural light, despite a large deck screen door. That may help to keep the unit cooler but I felt a bit out of sorts without the natural light. The kitchen could be better equipped - there were no large baking trays to reheat pizza. A few issues: access to the pool was an extra $150 for us (with the exchange rate). The pool and beach club was nice but for the price point, other similar listings had pool access included. We only used it 3 times during our stay for at $50 a visit, its a bit steep. The pool is not walkable as was described to us (especially with young kids). Parking was sometimes not open.

Price was higher than we've usually paid for Princeville condos but complete agreement from all members in our party that the place was by the far the best we've stayed at. Very spacious and comfortable, fantastic kitchen for cooking, and really appreciated the nice touches such as quality beach gear, snorkels, etc. And even had lots of spices despite guidebook saying there wouldn't be any. Super responsive and friendly hosts. Loved our stay.

Suite Paradise were the most accommodating and caring hosts we have had thus far! Lindsey was super responsive and so nice! We happened to come during a very hot week and the bedrooms were too hot for our toddlers. Suite Paradise were super understanding and were able to move us to another location with AC in the bedrooms. The locations of both properties were great! They provided high chairs, plenty of towels, all necessary kitchen items. We had a great vacation! :)

Our get away to Kauai was absolutely perfect! We couldn't ask for better weather and accommodations! Even with a late check in, Susan made it very easy for us without having to disturb anyone. Their place is cute, clean, cozy and in a quiet neighborhood. You can tell they put a lot of thought into making it a comfortable stay for their guests. We appreciated the notebook with recommendations of where to eat and some of the excursions in which we were able to enjoy with some friends that were staying nearby. Our location was perfect for us and was within walking distance to restaurants, shops and Poipu Beach. We would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity to visit this beautiful island of Kauai!

We had a great stay. It was a small yet relaxing spot located in the suite. We enjoyed the views and the space. We had easy access tomorrow check in and do laundry. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet.

The home was beautiful and well equipped. The views from the deck were gorgeous. pool grounds were as pretty as the photos made it look and the whole development was well kept and felt like a tropical paradise. it was an amazing trip unforgettable and we were thrilled to have such a beautiful place to spend our down time and the rainy days. much bigger than I expected it to be We were never crowded. would absolutely stay here again.

We had such a fantastic stay at the Pili Mai! The location was wonderful and the house had everything our family of 6 needed for the week. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, it was great to have a washer and dryer and having beach chairs and an umbrella to use all week was perfect. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and our morning walks to the beach. Our family hopes to return someday!

Karla's place is absolutely amazing! it was spotless, spacious, and had everything we need and I mean everything... beach chairs, beach umbrella, snorkel gear, floaties, coolers, every kitchen item you can think of, every bathroom item you need, the beds were actually really comfortable, plenty of towels (including beach towels), parking was plentiful, the pool and BBQ were great. The Lanai was a great hangout spot for breakfast and dinner. I can't think of one complaint... honestly. Karla was so extremely flexible with our check in and check out. I couldn't be happier. we can't wait to come back to Karla's and stay again!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. My daughter is 3 and there was plenty of space for her to play and entertain herself, wallet was raining. The bedrooms were comfortable. There was a wonderful breeze the ceiling fans and box fans were nice to help. Push some air through the bedrooms to make very comfortable sleeping arrangements. There is very nice coffee shop a three minute walk to 1 Hotel that provides a beautiful scenic walk. We enjoyed all the walking paths for early-morning walks. The Airbnb has all the amenities you need for a long weekend kitchen as well equipped with all the necessities to cook your own meals. There’s also a washer and dryer in the unit if you go to the beach and need to wash the sand out of your clothes. We were comfortable our whole stay and will stay again.

We had a fantastic time in Princeville and we felt very at home in this townhome. Everything was clean and really well stocked for all of our family's needs. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Kauai. Ryan is an incredibly helpful and responsive host and made everything seamless for our stay.

Our family of three had the most amazing stay. Their home is meticulously curated to make you feel like you are in a very special place. Soft linens, all the kitchen items one would need. Comfy beds, beach accessories, clean kitchen and bathrooms and multiple windows to allow you to embrace the beautiful surroundings. Hearing the ocean waves at night and the bird song at sunrise were my absolute favorites. Morning coffee (thoughtfully stocked) on the deck while you watch the sun rise. A short hike to their hidden beach where you can snorkel and discover the magic of the ocean. Nothing short of magic. I hope to return again soon and would stay NOWHERE else. Proximity to all activities, shops and great food while still have an escape to your oasis on the cliff.

Lovely space and easy to communicate. So close to the ocean The parking stalls are very narrow and if people were not aware they crowded to the next spot. I would definitely recommend this space. 😎💕

We loved Jamie’s home! It was in the perfect location in Princeville. The home had great energy and she is SO kind. We loved the north shore, the area of her home, being close to restaurants, views, beaches, etc. We had no problem walking through her kitchen to the separate apartment area. It’s very private and the beds are extremely comfortable. We can’t wait to come back! Mahalo 🤙🏽

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Princeville! The space was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We especially loved the peaceful location and beautiful views—it felt like a true Hawaiian escape. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were comfortable, and having beach gear available was a great bonus. Communication with the host was smooth and easy throughout. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kauai!

Our family of 8 had a great stay at this condo! There was plenty of space for all of us to spread out and feel comfortable. The location was lovely with a short 10 minute walk to Poipu beach and the community pool and hot tub just around the corner. There were several beaches nearby that could be easily walked to in about 10-15 minutes or just a short drive away. The host provided sand toys and boogie boards which were so appreciated! Note, not the host's fault but the community hot tub doesn't allow kids under age 14 in it, and the property staff were strict about this rule, so that combined with a cold pool and some rainy days limited our time spent at there. My only critique of the condo itself is the water heater is small and could only accommodate about 1.5 showers before the water turned cold. With 8 people coming back from the beach, this was tough to coordinate. But we loved our experience overall and the beautiful condo. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

Nice place with everything you need, including beach stuff. Roomy and clean, the kitchen has everything you need and far more than just the basics. Walking distance to a few beaches and a restaurant. Avoid the Hotel places nearby though. You need a car to go to the grocery store or if you want to explore the island. For the beach, I suggest to just walk. The lanai is almost always in the shade, so if you need a day away from the sun, the two loungers are very comfortable. Or just sit outside and have a beer. A pool is close by and I have never seen it busy, so if you want to just take a short dip in the evening, it is worth a visit.

Fell in love with the first photo view with this townhouse. Same as description. The view is beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Maylene is a nice and responsible hostess. She is easy to communicate and always responded. Highly recommended!
