Really lovely place. Soo much space.

It is a beautiful location. I was very happy to just sit on the lanai and enjoy the amazing scenery. It is extremely peaceful and quiet. There's access to both a beach and a large pool. They even have a small sand section of the pool that was ideal for my granddaughters ages 1 and 2.

First time visiting Kauai and it was a great experience. Really appreciative of all the proactive communications before the stay.. answered all of my questions before I had them. We were also excited by all of the beach gear that made a visit to the sand a simple and fun affair. Well done!

My brother and I spent 9 nights in Bruce's cottage and can't imagine staying anywhere else WHEN we come back to Kauai. The home felt very private, even though on the farm property. I've seen other reviews mentioning ants, but they were a very minor issue, just keep the kitchen clean and you won't see them! We loved the geckos, they are so harmless and will even pose for up close pictures! You'll get used to the roosters, they are everywhere on the island, just bring earplugs to ensure a good night's sleep. Bed's were cozy, King in the bedroom as well as the pullout couch in the living room. Plenty of linens and pillows. Showers were great, a spacious indoor shower and a great outdoor shower as well. We took advantage of Bruce's rental car. Very well kept and clean SUV. Cheaper than a rental and Bruce provided pickup & dropoff services at the airport. Lastly, we played in 2 "farmball" games on the Fridays. So fun! All the players were so friendly and welcoming. Mahalo Bruce

I had a wonderful 3-day stay at Kauai Palms, a cozy and comfortable studio cottage that was perfect for my trip. The space was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was super convenient—close to restaurants and just about a mile walk to Harbor Mall, which made exploring the area easy. If you’re looking for a simple, comfortable, and well-located stay in Kauai, this is a great choice. I’d definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Ellen’s really could not have been better. We loved her beautiful home and enjoyed feeling a part of the Kapa’a community. Access to the beach was simple—we went multiple times a day. It was so nice to meet and chat with her. She thought of all the details for our stay. We really had everything we needed and more. We’d definitely come again and maybe rent both her homes next time! 10000% worth it! We had friends staying in Princeville and they wished they booked our spot. An easy walk to the beach/bay and just as easy walk to the main road for groceries and restaurants/coffee shops! We had everything we needed. Can’t wait to book again. Seriously, thank you so much for letting us enjoy this awesome set up you have! We loved every minute of our time here! Also thank you to the host for keeping us updated on tide/wave conditions to help us navigate our plans for our stay- super helpful!

The rental was perfect for us! We are a couple that did not get a rental car during our stay in Kauai and were able to walk to many places and great food nearby. The shops nearby had everything we needed and we ended up making it to the farmer's market there as well. it was so nice to cook breakfast/make coffee at the rental and enjoy it on the peaceful patio. We loved the open air options and were able to go without air conditioning most of the time and just enjoy the open breeze in our rental. The air conditioning unit was plenty sufficient when we felt we did need it though. To top an already great stay off, the host allowed us a late checkout which gave us time to enjoy the beautiful island a little more before departing.

This was an excellent launching point for me on the island. Easy access to hiking in any direction, about an hour to Waimea Canyon and Koke'e State Park, and an hour and a half to the Napali Coast, which I highly recommend visiting all. Beautiful hiking. Also cloae by to wonderful beaches, havijg snorkel gear and chairs with umbrella right at the rental was a juge plus. Would love to return one day!

Cozy cottage in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to a nice beach that was great for walking and sunset viewing. Great location for exploring Waimea Canyon and South / West shore. Cottage had ample space for family of 4 - lanais on 3 sides with glass doors for light and fresh air. Host was welcoming, responsive and provided great local recommendations for activities and dining.

Great place to stay in Princeville! You could hear the ocean from the home and great home for the price. Would recommend their place.

This was the most perfect little jungle cottage. Has everything you need. Cute, quaint, and so serene. Situated in the best parts of Kauai. It’s sits back tucked away surrounded by jungle, you’ll wake up by the sounds of all the bird and roosters which I absolutely loved. And outdoor shower was the best part! You can walk right across the street to watch the sunrise. But there are so many beaches, definitely visit several. Owners were absolutely wonderful, and gave lots of good recs for hikes and swimmable beaches. Hanakapiai Falls is a must do! Sad to go, but will be back!

For anyone who loves Anini beach, this is the perfect place to stay. It was so wonderful to be able to walk to the beach in just a couple minutes. Also 15min or less to drive to Kilauea or Hanalei for restaurants / markets / fresh juice / etc. Highly recommend.

Lovely cottage in a magical spot—perfect for a couple.

We loved our stay. It was a peaceful, beautiful setting. We appreciated being in a less populated area but accessible by quick walk or drive to beaches, Hanalei and plenty of restaurants. The home had everything we needed. We made good use of all the beach gear. It got steamy in the home during the day but cooled off at night with all the window units, fans and whole home fan. Loved morning coffee and reading on the lanai!

As advertised. Charming cottage in the perfect location in Poipu. Small but clean and airy. All sorts of supplies, spices, kitchen and beach gadgets. Furnishings not expensive but Linens, sheets and bedding were very nice. The landscaping and flowers were over the top. Owner communicates well and there were no problems

This area was simply magical! We stayed here mid April and it rained every day, which we loved! It was very private and serene. It felt like you were truly immersed in the jungle. The house was wonderful and very clean. Great accommodations. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was really nice. We made great use of the kitchen! We stopped at the Walmart by the airport in Lihue to buy food to take to the house with us. There’s also a larger shopping area in Hanalei about 15 minutes away and a smaller general store/restaurant/coffee shop about 5 minutes away in Wainiha. Really close to beaches and Ha’ena State Park. Host provided some wonderful recommendations for the area too! The outdoor space was amazing and the grill works just fine. Hot tub was incredible to relax in! Be prepared for mosquitoes, there’s lots of them. Just buy some bug spray and some citronella bracelets and you’ll be just fine! Overall, highly recommend this place. We loved it so much!
