Lovely property in the suburbs of Colombo! Perfect for a small group of friends and family of 4-5 people. Extremely spacious rooms with well thought out furniture and fittings and to top it all off a large patio to unwind and chill.

Larger and nicer apartment than it looks in the photo, it was the cleanest place of our entire long vacation in Sri Lanka. Located in a quiet but very central residential area. Comfortable beds, fully functioning AC, discreet and polite caretaker. I highly recommend staying here during your vacation in Colombo.

VILLA 49 is a beautifully designed, spotless, and well-maintained property. I worked there remotely for a week, and the internet was fast and reliable throughout my stay. The hosts, who live next door, were incredibly responsive and helpful. They welcomed us with refreshing homemade lemonade and even made a brunch reservation for us and drove us to Colombo with our luggage on our last day—above and beyond hospitality! The property offers parking, and while the nearby traffic makes the town less walking-friendly, there are a few local gems worth exploring. It’s easy to call a cab and travel to nearby areas in 15–20 minutes. Highly recommend for a peaceful and convenient stay!

It's a very, very nice accommodation. I wanted a quiet place outside of the bustling city of Colombo, which met my requirements. Channa has never felt any discomfort during her kind stay. I am deeply grateful to Channa for this tranquil accommodation of trees and birds. If I ever visit Colombo again, I will definitely stay here again.

Great hosts, very responsive and maintained communication throughout. They accommodated every ask we had, fantastic service. There were lots of rooms, the washrooms could use an update and itd be great if the living area had AC, but other than that, we were happy with the stay.

Never have I booked a place that looked so true to the photos! The interior design is beautiful, and the place felt incredibly clean. As described, by others, the AC is powerful and upon reflection, the best I experienced in all of Sri Lanka. The host/building management were very responsive if I needed anything- even a last minute early check in request. Overall, it was everything I could have asked for. Highly recommend!

Sarath's place was situated at a great location which met all my requirements. Was very easily accessible to any place from the accommodation. The accommodation was just like as shown in the images. The apartment had a separate entrance which could be conveniently accessed via the lift. Sarath's apartment was very secure and very safe. It had all required amenities including cooking utensils. The accommodation was very neat and clean and felt like home. Most of all Sarath was a great host who could be reached at any time. Sarath's staff was fabulous and always there to help at all times and could rely on them all the time. I will recommend Sarath's accommodation at all times to anyone who would choose his apartment.

Roni is such a friendly host! I really enjoy staying at her place. I stayed there twice already and I always felt like home, definitely will stay again when back in Colombo.

I was in Colombo for work, followed by a vacation with my family. Romesh's place was perfect for my 2 weeks of work in Colombo. The apartment is centrally located close to several restaurants. Romesh and Janak were very responsive throughout my stay. Check in was very easy and Janak welcomed me and oriented me to the place. The apartment is very well maintained with AC in all the rooms, and a good WIFI connection. The kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge, microwave and all the implements for cooking and eating. The location is secure and I had no concerns about safety or security. Hotel Janki is close to the apartment and I had several meals there and use of the swimming pool for a small fee. When I am in Sri Lanka, I normally stay in my own house, which is currently rented out. Romesh's place was as good as staying at my own house. Thank you.

We had an incredible stay at Mr. Mayukha’s place! The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance, making it so convenient to explore the area. The kitchen was fantastic and well-equipped, which made cooking a pleasure. Mr. Mayukha was an excellent host—always quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and amazing at communicating. He went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a great experience!

It's such a spacious apartment situated in walking distance to so many shops. And yet it's a peaceful and quiet place. The balcony has an amazing view of the Colombo city and access to the pool on the rooftop is a great bonus as well. All the amenities shown on the listing were available at the property. The wide selection of cooking utensils werw especially helpful as we stayed for over a month. Don's brother-in-law was also really helpful and was just a phone call or a text message away whenever we had any questions or needed any help. Me and my wife really enjoyed our time there and we would definitely love to return when we're back in Colombo.

We had a great stay at Niresh's apartment. It is exactly as described and as the photos show. The apartment is very well furnished and very clean. Niresh was very responsive to any queries or issues and the building's management were quick to resolve a plumbing issue and some noise from the flat above. The balcony view is great for sunset and we were lucky to enjoy a view of the Colombo fireworks for New Year. My only suggestion for improvement would be some balcony furniture. I would happily stay again and would highly recommend the apartment.

I enjoyed the facilities, the apartment is compact but completely as advertised. Facilities and furnishings are of a high standard. The views from the apartment are stunning. Susan is highly responsive answering questions whenever required.

Such a wonderful stay for our family, as we all enjoyed ourselves using the amenities of the residences. This is very much a family friendly residence, with a playground and a pool (not just 1 pool, but 3 pools - one was a leisure pool, the other was a pool for toddlers which is shallow and the other was a lap pool). There was also a gym, but we didn’t get time to use this. Great location as it is walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets. There is also a minimart within the building which was really handy, as we literally went down everyday to get something, whether it be drinks, sweets or snacks for the kids. Everything was as listed and the host is extremely helpful and responsive! Would highly recommend and if we come back to Colombo, this will be the place to stay with kids. Thank you so much :)
