Suresh was an excellent host and very accommodating. I had booked this place for my parents visit to Sri Lanka to visit family. What stood out to me was the location since it made it convenient to visit family. My parents absolutely loved their stay here! The home itself was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was very clean and had a very cozy and modern feel. My parents felt very comfortable and safe during their stay. It was a pleasure communicating with Suresh, he replied promptly to all of my questions and was very flexible with the check in process. Overall, my parents really enjoyed their stay here and would definitely stay here again on their next visit!

This was a very cosy warm place. He was really a good host. Host told me about many places in Sri Lanka. I got lots of information from him.some one received us from the hotel. He decorated our room for our anniversary beautifully.the Host does the extra mile if he has to. Very friendly and cordial. We simply loved this apartment and the neighbour hood. Peaceful safe neighbour good. And many things are nearby in walking distance. We will surely be back in the same apartment when we come to Sri Lanka. This apartment is highly recommendable especially if you are coming with family. Adere Lanka!

We ( 2 adults and 3 teenagers) spent 2 weeks over Christmas and New year at Reshmaal's place. The vila and the pool are exactly as in the fotos. Hambele was of great help to us although his English was extremely poor. He helped with small shopping from locals and made sure we had everything we needed. He also got us a local SIM card ( it costed 1000 rupees) which was very helpful. We had the same Tuk Tuk driver, who used to pick us from the house, drop us where we wanted and then picked us up again from where we were. I suggest you do the same, because the driver knows where you live and you do not have the hassle to always explain where you live ( can be difficult). All in all we had an amazing time and we fully recommend it.

Stayed here a second time until we flew out of the country. What a comfortable, relaxing place. Great, friendly host!

Our Host, Asela, is the best Airbnb host that we have had ever since using Airbnb. He is a good communicator and very knowledgeable. He has helped us many times during our stay with him. Adela’s place is super close to the beach and to the main road that goes into the city. Asela has gone above and beyond what is expected of an Airbnb host. Our stay at Pushpa's place made for a perfect last leg of our trip to Sri Lanka. 1. The well-equipped cozy one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and kitchen unit is perfect for a short stay. 2. Grocery stores, a choice of restaurants, a wine store, a beach -- all are within 5-10 minutes walking distance. 3. Tuk-Tuks / Cabs are easily available. 4. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, the property has a lovely garden which is great for morning sit outs and a terrace garden which is great for evening sit out with the breeze keeping the mosquitoes away. Pushpa is a genuinely wonderful person who goes out of her way to help people. We were allowed a very early check-in and check-out which was very helpful given our arrival and departure times. She also helped us with booking a boat ride in the Muthurajawela wetlands - which turned out to be a memorable experience for us. Overall, we felt like house guests. Thank you for everything, Pushpa!

Malsha and her aunt and uncle are super friendly and kind people! We felt very welcomed :) the appartment has anything you need and is located in a nice neighbourhood of Negombo Beach!

Nanditha is a kind and an attentive host who is contactable at any time. From the time of reservation, to check-in and the departure, she made it seamless. The apartment was super clean, cozy and perfect! The location is very convenient with access to supermarkets, restaurants within few minutes’ walk and public transport or Taxi services are available any time of the day. Nanditha's apartment, best place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone who plans to visit Colombo. Great host, nice appartment with good facilities, plenty of good restaurants nearby and tuktuks always around the corner to take you anywhere else. Pleasant stay!

Luxe320 is a perfect city apartment for stays in Colombo, especially for small families. We will definitely return here. The pool(s) and gym were ideal for us and the apartment has beautiful beds pillows and sheets. There are 3 big supermarkets nearby, including one across the street and a small mini-mart in the building. The apartment is around the corner from Gangaramaya temple and Beira Lake to visit. Park street Mews nearby has restaurants and bars to experience Col nightlife. Great shopping at Paradise Road and Urban Island next to Viharamadevi Park. It's a short tuk ride to Seed Cafe, our favourite!

I would recommend this place … it’s a great place with affordable price with an awesome view and great area… very near to most of the hospitals and shopping areas … the place itself is great for shopping and wonderful food in the havelock city mall … all in walking distance and offcourse buggy service is available too … I love the place and would like to come again … I would like to thank capital trust as well for the great support in providing us with an additional key as per request … great job ..

I found this as one of the best vacation home as a group. This place had just everything.. private pool, party room, barbecue rooftop, open-air coffee room... I’d highly recommend

Viji was extremely responsive and friendly, he was attentive to our needs and proactively took care of a problem we had with the wifi and data availability. When my son was using up all the data, he increased the quota without even we having to request it. Just to make sure that we wouldn't run out again. Viji and his wife did everything possible to make our stay comfortable, including a generous amount of food and beverages to get us started when we arrived. We were told the apartment had gone through a face-lift, and everything looked clean and smelled new. We felt nice, cozy, and comfortable in the apartment, especially with the color combination of the interior walls in the living and dining area. I would go back to the same apartment under Viji's friendly hosting without a blink of an eye. Thank you Viji for being a wonderful host.

First off, this is not in the City Center building, its located in On 320 Union, which is a very large condo complex consisting of 3 towers. The condo is brand new, on the same level as the large pool and well appointed Gym. Extremely safe due to very high security and biometrics based access control. The unit had all the listed appliances and amenities. The living room was a bit small but for 4 adults this should be more than enough space. The bed was very comfortable and the bathrooms were well appointed. Very good showers with good pressure and very hot water. Suraj was a very good host, great communication and very friendly and flexible.

We stayed with our 3 kids and we really enjoyed it. We have stayed in Mount Lavinia every time we come to Sri Lanka but this was the best place we’ve stayed at so far. House was very nice, private pool, spacious garden and everything is within walking distance. Nilanka was very flexible when we changed our stay 2 times but it was never a problem. We would highly recommend Samudra House!

We’ve stayed twice now and both times we have really enjoyed our stay. Very cozy. Highly recommend.
