Beachfront vacation rentals in Kaštel Štafilić

Convenient location in cute village; nice location on the beach; well working AC; simple, clean and well decorated spacious apartment. We were only two, but the two bedrooms make it possible for four (or 4+1) guest to stay comfortably. Very friendly and responsive host!

Really lovely place with the most beautiful view. Clear water in the bay and lovely pool. A huge balcony with sun chairs and lounge. Private garage and small lovely plateau by the water. Within walking distance to boat rentals, restaurants, ice cream kiosk and small grocery store. Definitely worth a return visit.

We had a wonderful stay here at House Petar. Toni contacted us ahead of time to check on our arrival and gave clear instructions to find his house. The house was spotless and roomy and the outside patio is spacious; excellent for outdoor dining. The house actually borders the sea and there is a wide, level walkway that leads into old town, about a 5 min very pleasant walk. All the amenities that you would need are within a 5min walk. Toni was also very helpful in providing recommendations for restaurants and local beaches. Thanks Toni for a wonderful stay at House Petar. 😀

Brigita is a super-helpful and friendly host, who helped us a lot during our stay. Her place is located in a peaceful area, however very close to the beach and to the Supetar centre with restaurants, shops etc. so very nice. We stayed as a family of four, and this apartment was just the right size for us. We enjoyed the local restaurants, so not much cooking was done, but the basics are there so it's possible to cook if you want. I could absolutely stay at her apartment again!

We stayed in Split for 3 nights. Absolutely loved the location. Ivica’s place had all the amenities (dishwasher, washing machine & hair dryer). The place was clean and quiet. Location was within walking distance to the heart of split and the local beach. Thanks for an amazing stay!!!

We arrived as a family with 2 kids & 2 small dogs. We were received in a very friendly manner, and felt right at home. The apartment is well equipped, everything smelled very good and was clean. The direct location on the water was perfect. We were there in October, weather excellent for 11 days and only 1 day of rain. We felt very comfortable. Downside: Lots of mosquitoes and unfortunately no mosquito repellent on the windows. In our case, (we have very small dogs,) these came through the fences.... but that still does not diminish the great vacation. Thanks

We had a wonderful time at Petar's place. We visited in late October for UK half-term so it was quiet and peaceful and have most of the beautiful beaches to ourselves. As it was late season, many restaurants were closed but we managed and eat out in Trogir and Okrug Gonji with no problems. Petar made a recommendation in Okrug Gonji that was lovely- we ate there twice. We arrived late on a Saturday evening and didn't realise all shops would be closed on a Sunday so Petar bought us a few groceries so that we could manage. We were very grateful for his help. Thanks so much for a wonderful week!

Very friendly and accommodating host. Respond quickly to all inquiries. The house is just like the pictures. Kitchen is especially well equipped Open all the smart cabinets you will find everything you need. Convenient and pleasantly decorated. The house is close to grocery store, bakery, butcher, good resturants, a local coffee shop and a bar. You reach beaches on both sides of the peninsula on foot. Short distance to Trogir. Split and Primosten within easy reach for a day trip. We are very happy with our stay. We appreciate that the place is in an area of Croatian daily life, not just for tourists. We stayed a full week at Josip's place and have quite a few positive thoughts about the accomodation and the communication with Josip. First thing is the cleanliness. Everything is spot clean and well organised. This is surely the first thing one cannot not notice upon arrival. Towels and bed linen were provided. Even got bigger towels for use at the pool. The pool is of pretty decent size and is very nice and clean. Feels like being at a pool of a 4-5* hotel (but then for 4-8person)! The garden has a big walnut tree that provides plenty of shades during very sunny and hot days. This is also where we mostly sit when having a BBQ lunch/dinner. For whoever is looking for a lot of privacy, Josip's place is pretty much screaming that. Josip is a very helpful and proactive person and will go the extra mile to provide you with recommendations and tips to make your stay even more enjoyable. He is super responsive and available when in need

There were four of us and it was a perfect fit with each of our bedroom and attached bathroom. The hosts have great recommendations and are super helpful if anything is missing. We had local dinner with them one night, it was really cozy. There is shopping close by, also within walking distance, it goes you a little up/down the hill, so it's not for everyone to walk. We recommend a car so it is possible to get around. However, we also used Uber and it worked perfectly. It is possible to walk further up the road - a good distance - and enjoy the view. At the end of the road is the beach and there is a cafe that serves good coffee (they have food in the summer). If you follow the path along the beach, to the right, another cafe and a bit further comes her, a really good restaurant. Can definitely recommend the place.

The place was exactly how it was described in the picture with an amazing view from the balcony. The beach, shops and restaurants were a very short walk from the apartment and felt very safe walking at night. The apartment was also very spacious with everything you needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The throw rugs were also a massive bonus.

We had an amazing stay in Trogir and can highly recommend Igor’s villa! The location was absolutely magical – close to both the sea and the charming town center. The villa was incredibly well-maintained and exceeded all our expectations. Everything from the rooms to the outdoor area was perfect and thoughtfully designed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. There was truly nothing to complain about, and we enjoyed every moment. We can’t wait to come back!

What a hidden gem. Mario was flexible for us to leave our bags as we arrived early on the day of arrival. He was very responsive throughout our stay, with recommendations and any help we needed with the villa. The villa is exactly like the photos and is very private. We walked into Split Centre along the coast road which took an hour and had numerous cafes and beaches along the way. Ubers were efficient and plentiful and helped us to get us around. €7 to get into the heart of split/old town. Do not use local taxis! we were charged €47 for a journey that cost us €7 in an uber!! The villa has a perfect layout for two couples or families and we loved the two different sides to keep things private. The kitchen was stocked every utensil.and cockery, etc you could think of, as well as the outside eating area and outside oven. The pool was spotless, with Mario coming to clean it, he contacted us first to see if it was convenient. There is also a little back gate down to the beach.

Very satisfied with our stay, the best apartment, view and location we've had with air bnb, by far! Great hosts; always there to answer any question and taking care of the pool, new towels and anything else you might need every day! Super clean and all you need for a comfy stay.

Great stay, host always available for anything you need very close to the sea. Loved the house! Great for our group of 10. Very nice each room had its own bathroom. The outdoor sitting space was perfect for big group dinners. Perfect location to have a nice walk into Supetar or a quick drive.

The place in the apartment was great, it met all our expectations. The apartment is well-equipped and clean, the sea is just below the house, the area is quiet. Strawberry responds quickly and clearly to all questions. For us as a family with a young child, the accommodation in this apartment was a real rest and relaxation.

We had a lovely week, the cottage was perfect. Enjoyed swimming and visiting the nearby bars and restaurants.

This was the perfect spot for our 10 day visit . The beach is at the bottom of a flight of steps and the bus stop to Split is literally across the road. Got a little lost finding it in an Uber but the hosts came and found us ! They were very friendly and always there to help if we needed it . Highly recommend for beach and city break.

We loved Marcels place. Perfect location for exploring this part of the Dalmatian coast. Based on the Marina, I started each day walking over to the pier with a brew and a dip. Just perfect. Marvel had a friend meet us (Herman) early as we arrived earlier than planned. He showed us around and made us feel so welcome. Apartment is so comfortable. Shower is excellent and nice big sofa to chill out on after a full day of adventures. Good restaurants to the left and right of you and two beautiful beaches in the same direction. It’s perfect, will absolutely visit again, already planning our next trip. Marcel was great on the run up to our trip, happy to assist and answer questions. We didn’t have a car and used public transport. So easy, just a 10 min stroll to the stop to Split and Trogir. Loved it. Thank you for having us Marcel and Stephanie.

Perfect holiday house just by the water. We used the balcony with nice view daily. The host was very helpful and communicative regarding everything. We would absolutely recommend this place!
