Vacation rentals with beach access in Kaštel Gomilica

The apartment is stunning, beautiful view, quiet and very comfortable, we felt just like home. Everything has a thoughtful design, well equipped, it has everything that makes the place feels very homey and relaxing. Zeljko is very professional, polite and helpful. Our family had a wonderful stay at Zeljko's apartment and I would highly recommend his place to anyone who's planning to visit Split.

We spent 3 nights at Ivan’s apartment and all went well. The place is as described and nicely located, very close to a beach and close to Split (also close to Split airport btw). We very much appreciated the shadowed terrace for breakfast and dinner. We recommend.

Overall, it was a great stay. We were kindly cared for. The accommodation was great and there was a lot to do in the area. We will be happy to come back. Ivanka was always available and friendly and nice as well as helpful.

Every question was answered quickly. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable and perfectly located.

Put simply, AMAZING, a big part of that thanks to Josip and his family. The location is perfect with hot tub, stunning pool and ocean (at most 4m from the gate) to swim and snorkel in or take the paddle board for a spin! A promenade passes the gate in both directions and goes for a few miles, all flat, and must visit Trojir is walkable, 15-20 mins. A boat taxi to Split also picks up a few yards away on a jeti which is perfect. With or without a car there is so much to see and do, Josip offered to pick us up from the airport which takes all hassle and worry away and will organise literally anything for you from a hire car to the door or a parasailing trip from his back gate! Breakfast was a real bonus with a varied selection every day, nothing too much trouble. The apartment was beautiful, with everything you need and a morning coffee on the balcony with breathtaking views just another bonus. Milka is such a lovely host, if we needed anything she responded immediately. Beds very comfy and plenty of storage space. Air con was brilliant. Apartment very roomy with everything you should need. Supermarket and bakery right next door. Beach just a few minutes walk away. Would definitely return and recommend.

Very nice and professional host. Not so many tourist, as you would see in the center of Split, and the apartment is literally a stone's throw away from the beautiful sea.

Apartment identical to the photos, quite large with all the amenities and a convenience store to share, at the time when I was quite easy to park there by car, Ivan is very responsive and clear in messages, really nice. Small details the beach in front of the apartment was under construction but possible to swim a few minutes away

Siniša apartment was exactly what we needed for a relaxing and peaceful holiday, the apartment is modern, very clean and tidy and had everything we needed. We immediately felt right at home. Shops weren't too far of a walk, and anything drivable was easy to get to with Uber. Trogir was easily our favourite place over Split but we found many unique gems walking along the coast. I will definitely book again when I can!

We had an amazing stay in Trogir and can highly recommend Igor’s villa! The location was absolutely magical – close to both the sea and the charming town center. The villa was incredibly well-maintained and exceeded all our expectations. Everything from the rooms to the outdoor area was perfect and thoughtfully designed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. There was truly nothing to complain about, and we enjoyed every moment. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay here at House Petar. Toni contacted us ahead of time to check on our arrival and gave clear instructions to find his house. The house was spotless and roomy and the outside patio is spacious; excellent for outdoor dining. The house actually borders the sea and there is a wide, level walkway that leads into old town, about a 5 min very pleasant walk. All the amenities that you would need are within a 5min walk. Toni was also very helpful in providing recommendations for restaurants and local beaches. Thanks Toni for a wonderful stay at House Petar. 😀

We loved Helena's place. We were 2 families with 4 children under 11, so this house was just perfect! The pool was ideal for keeping out the baking Croatian sun, with lots of sunbeds. There is an outdoor kitchen, as well as a pristine and brand new inside kitchen, fully equipped so eating al fresco was very easy. The rooms housed us all more than adequately, with the double rooms with ensuites facing the sea, and the smaller kid's rooms at the back. The house is located a few minutes walk to a good local restaurant, a cute little beach that didn't get too busy and an excellent beach bar. A big plus was the closeness to the airport so you can genuinely just walk to the house in 10 mins. We didn't hire a car and just took Helena's recommended taxi firm to visit the local town of Trogir. We also did a days boat trip and they picked us up from the beach close to us, so no travelling required. If you're after a quiet and relaxing week, Helena's place is perfect!

We arrived as a family with 2 kids & 2 small dogs. We were received in a very friendly manner, and felt right at home. The apartment is well equipped, everything smelled very good and was clean. The direct location on the water was perfect. We were there in October, weather excellent for 11 days and only 1 day of rain. We felt very comfortable. Downside: Lots of mosquitoes and unfortunately no mosquito repellent on the windows. In our case, (we have very small dogs,) these came through the fences.... but that still does not diminish the great vacation. Thanks

great quiet place. the location is a 2 minute walk (with private entrance) to the beach. there's also a bus stop right beside the accommodation which takes 10 minutes to get into split. Ivana was on hand to answer any questions. you're also only a few minutes walk to the entrance of marjan park

We had a great time at this place, the location is perfect in a quite surrounding and restaurants, bars, bus stop, supermarket, playground, bakery and the beach are just 5-10 minutes away by feet. The garden with the pool, toys and bbq corner are perfect for a visit with children. Enis gave me some very good information for activities with the family. We would definitely go there again.

We stayed with Adrienn for 5 days, and had the best time. She organised a transfer for us to and from the airport which worked a dream. We arrived earlier than checkin and were able to get straight into the property. The studio is quiet, clean and most importantly has a great AC! It was a haven after a long day in the sun. We were able to use the villas sun loungers which was very helpful. We very much enjoyed spending time on the roof terrace, which made up for not having a balcony. The beach is less than 2 mins walk, as are a host of very good restaurants (Leonardo, great value for money). The location is great for exploring, we hired a scooter and many other beaches were less than 10mins away (Labadusa, Kava, Duga). We will definitely visit Adrienn again with no hesitation. Thank you! Great stay

With specious two bedrooms, it’s a well equipped and beautifully decorated apartment, walking distance to a long stretching beach on Čiovo island. Comfortable beds. The bathroom was smaller than expected but specious shower cubicle with a bath and seating area.Breathtaking view out of kitchen window and from outside seating balcony area.

We had a wonderful holiday at Josipa's place. She is a very good host and always eager to meet all expectations. She is always available and immediately helps with any problems and requests. The location of the apartment is great, you walk across the street and you are already by the sea. A terrace where you can sit wonderfully and enjoy the view of the sea is included. Very close are a bistro ( Val), which we highly recommend and a bit further there are different shopping opportunities in both directions. In the apartment is everything you need. The beds are very comfortable, only 1 room is a little clairvoyant... to the nearest neighbors. Everything else is great.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment! It’s spacious and provided plenty of room to relax. The location is fantastic—nestled in a cozy and green area that’s both tranquil and beautiful. It’s just a short walk to the city center, so exploring local shops and restaurants was easy. Plus, being close to the beaches was a huge bonus; I could enjoy the sun and sea anytime I wanted. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for convenience and comfort!

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.
