Villa vacation rentals in Kaş

Had a fantastic stay, there was 3 couples staying in the villa, everything suited our needs, well situated for shops, bars and restaurants, caught taxis back because of the steep incline. Beautiful views of kalkan bay and mountains from the terrace. Small shop nearby for essentials, with larger supermarkets just down the hill.

Beautiful stay. Immaculate, lovely views and well presented. Everything was so clean, it felt new. We had a lovely taxi driver, Yusef, who took us to and from the harbour (his contact was left on the fridge) it was a 5-10 minute drive (4/5£) very cheap and very easy to contact via message. The host had equipped the villa to a very good standard with everything we needed for our stay. A small shop was a 5 minute walk away down the hill with all your basics. Some restaurants by harbour highly recommend Chamilion, Nova, Luna, Doy Doy, Barahat. I cannot wait to come back and stay here again.

The house was great. It was spacious and spacious. The interior of the house and the pool were clean. We were very satisfied. We had a very pleasant holiday with our friends. I would definitely recommend the house. There is only a very steep slope in the entrance way of the house, which was the only problem. But once you enter the house you will find it worth it.

Suzanne’s place was a wonderful vacation house for family reunion. We had wide age group from 5 to 82 years old and few teenagers, everyone enjoyed the stay. Suzanne’s place was fully loaded for cooking a big sıze family we mostly cooked at the house, house is also 5min walking distance to the sea, we had morning walk to Kulube beach club and swim in the crystal clear Kalkan water. The place has so many private spots in the house , so everyone also enjoyed their quite serene times either on their private balcony or terrace. Suzannes place was decorated very tasteful, we enjoyed every spot, it had also so many books and board games for every age group. Our younger kids enjoyed the infinity pool did not even want to leave the the house. There was no dull moment, day trip to patara, kaş , kaputaş and kalkan cıty centers were also highlights of our trip. We certainly think Suzannes place for next year family vacation. It was a pleasant and comfortable stay, you can find everything you need in the house, it was the most magnificent house I have stayed in for cleanliness, the location is 15 minutes by car to the center, thank you Mr. Şihar for everything.

The best stay!!! Villa is magnificent, the view is crazy cool (seating on terrace with wine watching sunsets, Kalkan, rocks and sea - unbelievable!). Villa is clean, amazing view from each room, interior is very authentic in noble Turkish style. The resort around villa is gorgeous (orange trees, rocks, restaurants - amazing!) The supermarket is nearby so you could cook fresh feta salad or order fresh bread and enjoy your breakfast on the terrace. The way to Kalkan is a short beautiful walk! Recommended!

The host was very friendly and caring, you can spend all your days in the villa without even having to go out too much. The cleanliness was extremely good. The kitchen and household items were quite sufficient. There are grocery stores and food places nearby. The distance to the center of Fethiye is 30-40 minutes away. Finally, I would like to thank the host who brought us supplies from his house without being cold so that we can have a barbecue at night.

Super villa with great views which was very comfortable for our whole party of ten people. The caretaker and owner were very responsive and considerate of our requests which made our holiday so relaxing! The caretaker also helped us arrange for a private boat trip, which was the highlight of our vacation. Very much recommend booking with the Kanyon group and will definitely be staying with them the next time we visit Kas!

Great place easy 8 minute walk from town. Beautiful views of the bay, well equipped and modern. Efe was a pleasure to deal with.

Great stay! Everything was as pictured. Clean and tidy. Nice infinity pool. Majestic surroundings. Nothing to put a finger on - all in all a great experience! Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved our time at the villa. It is in a great location with local beaches and restaurants close by. We did have a car which in my opinion was crucial since we drove everyday into Kas. It's a quiet neighbourhood and despite being semi-detached the occupants next door were respectful (even during the Euro's and the Turkey game!). There are local public beaches and hotels where you can access the sea - although the hotels make you pay for a sun lounger (300 - 500 lira per person). The villa has everything you need. The only thing I would improve is the provision of swimming pool and beach towels. There were none despite the photos. I had asked Lindsay whether the villa had towels but she didn't reply (she also took a while to change my booking despite repeated messages). I took beach throws as a precaution and am thankful that I did! Its not ideal to pack towels on a flight when luggage space is limited. The housekeeper is amazing, always available and super help!

We are completely satisfied! The villa convinces not only with its amazing views, but also with its cleanliness and hospitality from the landlords. We would recommend it to anyone.

It was very clean. They will come if they plan to eat there, let them bring the basics. (like salt and oil). There were 2 tablets of dish soap. Apart from that, there was a single roll of toilet paper in the sinks, it may be inadequate for long stays. Every room is air-conditioned and works properly. Overall, we were satisfied and liked it very much.

Eda and Soner were very helpful and accommodating. Our questions were responded to directly and helped us. We would recommend the villa ☺️ We particularly enjoyed the amenities and interior design. She looks exactly like the photos from😍 Near the villa there were also several supermarkets, although it is a bit remote.

The villa was amazing, great location, quiet and the view is amazing, never got tired of looking out to sea & the sunset over the mountains, absolutely stunning. The villa was everything we expected and was perfect for our annual family holiday of 9 adults and a toddler, who absolutely loved the smaller shallower pool. Andy sorted out all our transfers, we had different people arriving at different times, which made it so easy & stress free from arriving to going home. He organised a boat trip on Junior Sea Bella which I would highly recommend. We had the boat to ourselves, visited several coves, swam, paddle boarded & had a clay all over body treatment! The food on board was prepared by Momma and it was amazing. It was so good that we booked again for our last day. Totally worth it, great experience. It was a great holiday & we will be returning. This is such a beautiful villa with stunning mountain views. If you want a peaceful place to stay, this is it. I would highly recommed hiring a car as it is quite far from shops, etc. Onur was highly responsive and checked in on us to make sure we were settling in well. Thank you again for what such a wonderful stay Sir.

WOW! What a view! I would go so far as to say it’s one of the best views in Kalkan. You have uninterrupted views over the entire bay taking in the marina, Mouse and Snake Islands, Komurluk to the left and Kalamar to the right. Every time you looked there was something new or different to discover. Abdullah the host was a charming chap, always very helpful and extremely attentive. He is contactable at all times. You don’t get a WOW view like this without a hill or two! The zig zag approach to the Villa is initially very steep. Abdullah sat in the passenger seat of our hire car and expertly talked us through how to drive up the hill which we achieved with 100% success rate for the remaining holiday. I’m not the most confident of drivers but even I managed it with no problems at all. Villa Akruins is a high end accommodation with all that is required for a great stay. Fully equipped kitchen with all Siemens appliances, plenty of pots, pans, utensils and crockery. Bath towels, hand towels and sunbed towels are provided. There are no groceries or cleaning products provided but this tends to be standard in Turkey. There are at least two supermarkets both to the left and the right of the Villa, which can be reached within a 5 minute drive. There are also endless supermarkets, green grocers and butchers (highly recommend Ucarlar Manav Green Grocers he has incredible cuts of meat and one of the cheapest) in Kalkan Town which is a 10 minute drive down the hill. All groceries and cleaning products are very cheap. We were a family of three and had more than enough room, plenty of sunbeds and beautiful seating area’s outdoor and indoor. The BBQ is a great place to cook your fresh fish or meat of an evening, with charcoal readily available in all supermarkets. The Villa is perfectly positioned for visiting Kas which is a 30 minute drive along the D400 which is one of the most scenic stretches of road. Patara Ancient City and Beach which is 20 minutes drive. Overall, my recommendation could not be higher. Villa interior and exterior 10/10. View 10/10. Abdullah the host 10/10. We were totally blown away by the view from Villa Akruins. For a Villa in Turkey this is hard to beat. Is is available to book through other Turkish sites too, at much cheaper rates due to no fees, so worth a search on the web.

It was a very clean and tidy house. Mr. Engin was very kind, helpful and understanding. The location was very nice. Close to markets, cafes and restaurants. It wasn't too far from the center either. It was quiet and peaceful. It was very sheltered and it was a very comfortable holiday in every way. My wife and I loved it and were satisfied. My advice and suggestion. Thank you Mr. Engin.

The view and sunsets from the villa's terrace are breathtaking. The villa was spacious and comfortably accommodated 11 members of our family. Everything was as described, but a few small details could use some attention from the owner. Once again, this villa fully met our expectations, and we can recommend it.

Very nice house with great view. Wish I booked for more than just 1 day. Definitely worth to spend 2-3 nights. Nice pool, big kitchen/living room, easy to park. A bit far from Kas but the sea view on the road was good.

It was a beautiful stay as expected. You may easily prefer this villa if you prefer a calm stay. Everything was as described and shown on details. One minor cons it could be great if it was provided some toiletries like shampoo at least for the first day cause it is not easy to get at that point.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this villa! The host went above and beyond, helping us book affordable transfers for our group both to and from the airport, making our arrival and departure seamless. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and taken to a local restaurant since we got in late and didn’t know the area. The food was delicious and reasonably priced – a great start to the trip! As for the villa itself, it exceeded our expectations. The two large pools and extensive amenities made our stay so comfortable, and there was almost too much space for our group of 13! The location was also ideal – just a 20-minute walk down to town and easy access to taxis back to the villa when we didn’t want to climb back up the steep hills (about 170 lira per ride). Overall, we had an unforgettable time and would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend!
