Amazing view! Really walkable distance to everywhere. Parking dedicated to this place was also a huge plus. A kind tip: please ask the exact name of the place before heading to the town.

We stayed as a family for 5 nights. It is a very comfortable,comfortable apartment. There are markets nearby, there is nothing missing, 7-8 minutes by car to the center of Kaş. Thanks to its proximity to the highway, you can easily reach the beach you want. Thank you very much for the treats to Ms. Mine. If I come to Kaş again, I'll stay here.

The view of the house was great, Mr. Şenol was very helpful with everything. Due to the natural location of Kaş, it was a bit of a nuisance that everything was uphill. Other than that, I enjoyed a wonderful nature as if I was at home. Many thanks to Mr. Şenol

Amazing apartment right in the center of Kas. Spacious, full of light. The location is perfect — it's very easy to get anywhere from it. Restaurants are just a couple of minutes away, beach is 15 min away, supermarkets and bus station across the street, grocery shop righ beside. Probably the best located apartment in Kas i've been to. Before arriving I was a bit worried that there might be a smell of gasoline due to the gas station right under the windows, but there was no problem with it at all. Huge thanks to Seda, she is a truly super host. She and her husband were very helpful. We have asked for a few extra pieces of tablewhare and a couple of new lightbulbs, and Seda brought everything the very next morning — it helped to make out stay extra comfortable. Huge, huge thanks. Highly recommend.

Good afternoon, I want to express my gratitude for our wonderful stay with Mrs. Ayben. The apartment fully corresponds to the photos. Everywhere is spotlessly clean, new furniture and fresh renovation. The apartment has everything you need for your stay. It's a pleasure to shower because of the strong pressure of hot water. The apartment is perfectly located. On the one hand, it is quiet, on the other hand, there are stators in the very center of Kash If you are traveling with children or people of age, then the place is perfect for you, as there is no need to go uphill like most apartments in Kash. We were met at the house and helped with check-in. They also told us with airport transfer. Great apartment, we would love to come back again.

Very clean and tidy abode, large space, good balcony view, good view of balcony, fully equipped, quick communication, easy to find location. What was lacking in the US was that the hot water was only enough for one person to take a shower at night, and the curtains in the room were very dark. Great value for money overall!

Since our way to Kas was from Canakkale, we didn't arrive until 9:30 in the evening. This wasn't a problem for our host as he was quite flexible. Unfortunately, the designated parking space at the property was only limited, as it was always occupied with cars. Ultimately, you have to park in the street. The problem was only the cats who liked to climb on cars and unfortunately scratched the hood. The apartment was simply and neatly furnished. It was also clean. The furniture and bed seemed to be a bit outdated. The location is very central, so you can reach the city center on foot in 10 minutes. In the end, we were very happy with the place.

Hello everyone, Ms. Derya and her family are very friendly, I felt at home, they took care of it from the first moment to the end, I would definitely recommend it. The apartment has a large balcony and a great view of the sea. They were so generous and welcoming that they offered us coffee and their own apples. Everything was very clean and tidy. We were not in crowded families, I can say that it is a blessing. If I have children in the future, I hope to come. Thanks for everything.

We had a really lovely stay at Hatice’s rental . It was very homely and comfortable . The views from the balcony were a dream . We couldn’t miss a sunset from here ❤️. Hatice was an extremely lovely host . Always responded quickly if we contacted her . Gave us some great restaurant recommendations and although we’ve been to this area many times she came up with some new places for us to try . Altogether a wonderful holiday .. Thankyou x

Beautiful apartment. We enjoyed very much the area. Great location to visit all ruins around. Very close to Patara and Xanthos. Jo was very attentive and flexible. She gave us a lot of recommendations to visit the ruins and beaches around. She also left us a lot of goodies for breakfast. The swimming pool area is great to relax. I will recommend to stay here to friends

We really enjoyed our stay at Lucy’s apartment, it’s in a quiet location, has everything you need and is only a short walk to some great restaurants and bars. We also booked a day trip out on their boat too, which was lovely and the food they served was amazing. Many thanks Lucy & Ali

Many thanks to Baris and Ersin. Both were very helpful and friendly. We felt very comfortable . However, you have to drive. But the host has said this before.The way up can actually be done on foot, only the heat makes it a little harder. Downstairs there are several beaches on foot or by taxi. Dolmuş is also every half an hour. To Kaş takes 5 min by car.. The sea is noptimal for swimming. Through the peninsula, the sea feels like a lake without waves. Absolutely recommended. the house was very clean, Mr. Fatih was very helpful, there was supplies to meet all our needs in the house. If you have a car, the location is quite sufficient. But the only problem is that the animals and neighbors around are very noisy. But we managed because the soundproofing of the house was good. Air conditioners, white goods, furniture, everything is high quality. We stayed very comfortably with children.

We have had a wonderful stay at Laura’s apartment. The views were amazing from every room and the pool was a great size too. We loved the location and being able to walk into town easily. first of all, we would like to thank Ms. Meryem. The house was spotless. My wife's fine line smelled very nice. It was like in the photos. The only flaw is a little on the hill and in the countryside, so it can be difficult. It is not far from the center, but you can have difficulty because there are rolling roads. There were many markets around the house. We did not have any problems. The house was quite sufficient. The house was quite enough. It was a great comfort to have a bathroom and toilet in both bedrooms. We even had a nice stay for 4 people. There was even salt and coffee liquid. We were also visited by the pig family at night. The 😄 view was amazing. We had a good time as the family was satisfied. We tried to leave the house as we found it when we left.

Great place to stay. Spacious appartment for two, quietly attached to the bigger villa, separate everything. Location is a killer - away for the crowd. Beautifully furnished, fresh and modern. Appliances are top notch. No problems at all. Very satisfying experience.

An absolute gem! A gorgeous 3 bed apartment in a fabulous location, very close to Kalkan town centre. Facilities were amazing as was the pool. Hikmet was extremely welcoming and on hand to answer any queries. We will be back!

It was very nice to stay at Ms. Buket's house, the house has the same great view with the photos and the house was spotless. We felt like we were in our own home, everything was perfect, we would love to stay when we come back

We had an amazing stay at Mr. Alper's place in Kalkan. The apartment with two bedrooms, a lovely terrace, and a rooftop pool exceeded our expectations. It was fully equipped with kitchen essentials, had great ventilation, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. There was even a barbecue, which was a great bonus! It's a very cozy place that makes you want to come back again. Highly recommended!

The location of the house is great. The house is also great. A place to be happy in any way. So many pros. There was everything from tea and coffee makers. To the cons, they did not give me the apartment I saw in the photos of my stay. They gave me the apartment next door. I specifically wanted the other apartment because of the view. They offered a funny excuse that both apartments were 1+1. It's a good idea to pay special attention when creating a reservation
