Vacation rentals with a pool in Kaş

Everything was very nice. It was a pristine house, everything smelled clean. All the amenities were good. There were all kinds of materials for the kitchen. Almost everything about the house was perfect. Only the 2nd day of our stay, the house was flooded due to heavy rainfall. But the house was quickly cleaned, and the wet items were replaced with new ones. The couple who came to clean was very sweet. We would have expected an apology from the host about this situation. She was still helpful and we were able to reach her every time we called, which we were satisfied with.

Hello, first of all, if you are a little nervous when you first check in, all your concerns will be seen when you see the house. It's a fabulous place to have a calm and peaceful holiday. Our host was caring and friendly to solve all the problems, we had no problems, but he would have solved it. The house and pool were smooth and clean. Everything written was available and more. Everything was intact and working. had internet wifi. they planted a garden next to the villa and it was nice to be able to get them as you want. there were fruit trees. air conditioning works two smoothly. You find what you are looking for 5 minutes away from the grocery store. 19 km to Kaş center Although there were greenhouses around, there were almost no mosquitoes. We stayed 5 days and we were very satisfied.

It was a smooth stay. It was quite good in terms of cleanliness. Everything you need is available. I recommend it with peace of mind.

Completely private pool area, no one can see. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. There are lots of restaurants that deliver directly to the place but you need to call and check. The villa is quite nice with lots of free space available, suits well for large families.

We were very satisfied with the house, the sea view, the pool and the jacuzzi were above our expectations. We thought it was like we would go to the center in the evenings, but the roads were a little difficult, we didn't dare to go out in the evening, this was a minus for us, but we didn't get bored at home. And the kitchen supplies in the house were a little low. There were no details such as dishwasher detergent, spare toilet paper. But the cleanliness was just fine. Someone came to clean the pool every morning. Ms. Mine was also very interested and immediately shared the numbers of the couriers coming to the house with us. Thanks so much for everything

We had the best time staying at Urals apartment! Ural was always responsive if I had a question. His assistant Yahya was very helpful as well. The apartment had everything we needed to cook a meal at home. It’s set up nicely for a family with children as well. The view, well what can I say we just left a couple of hours ago and I already miss it. The swimming pool is beautiful and so clean. Loved our stay at Yakup’s 1 bedroom apartment! It was as described with views from its terrace of Kalkan bay. It had all the necessary facilities: kitchen had a filtered water tap so that saved on having to haul heavy water bottles back. Really comfy bed too. Visiting Sept/ Oct, the resort on where Yakup’s place is was really quiet, no problem getting sunbeds, whether it was around one of the 2 outdoor pools that were open or along the ledges directly leading to the sea. Great we could use the resort facilities for free and there was a discount for food/drink. The shuttle bus was useful if we’d have struggled with the steps up and down from the pools to the apartment, there were many which we climbed daily, That is Kalkan though! Supermarket on site if needed and, as the apartment is at the top end of the resort it made walking into Kalkan town really easy, along the old road, with amazing views too. Yakup was very communicative, great host. We’ll definitely be back!

Dirk’s apartment is one of the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in. Spotlessly clean with three spacious bathrooms. Actually felt larger than the photos and so many thoughtful touches. In a quiet location overlooking Villa Mahal and their quite perfect beach club and restaurant. I recommend Dirk’s apartment without hesitation.

Wow what an incredible place! Our first time visiting Kalkan as a family of 5! Our 3 children absolutely loved the villa, the pool and Kalkan. The villa is located out of the way up the mountain side, a 15 minute walk into the town down very steep hills, easy to get a can back up at any time. The villa…. Wow what can I say, absolutely spotless, easy access and loads and loads of space. Such a perfect place and such great hosts. The host was so easy to contact if I required anything which was so good to rely on. I highly recommend this Beautiful villa in one of the most perfect places to visit in the world. Thank you so much for having us, we will defiantly be back in the future. P.s we had the most perfect days on a boat trip (the Falcan). We spent 6 hours or so stopping at certain islands for a swim and the most perfect lunch, it was truly a great experience. 2 excellent restaurants we ate at, the Berahamas I think, excellent steak dinner and the Doy Doy restaurant.

Chris was so interested before our arrival. Answered our questions in a timely manner provided us with the necesaary information and tips. Vildan Hanım and Ender Bey also helped us with the problems during our stay. They were easy to reach and quick to act. The stay was just wonderful. We were extremely happy and satisfied with every detail of the house and its facilities. If we will have the chance, we would be more than eager to stay there next year as well. P.S. there was no spare sheets or towels, this might be the one small thing we can complain. But contacting with Vildan Hanım, she solved our problem right away.

Excellent stay, I have enjoyed a lot and it was even sad to check out. Kitchen is very well equipped, TV, got Netflix on it. 5 mins walk to crowded city center and all the fancy cafes. Up hill on the way back home after, but I am totally fine with 5 minutes exercise like that, for me it was a benefit. Ahmet and Marie are super nice people, I am honored to meet them.

We visited beautiful Kas for two years in a row. The apartment we stayed at this year was excellent - very clean and fully equipped with everything guests needed for a pleasant stay. Our family of four adults and one four year old child enjoyed a stunning view from the balcony while having a breakfast or an evening tea. The apartment is in the building on the hill as the most buildings in Kas. But we had no problem with that, child including. We went on foot for less than 10 minutes for a quick dip to the nearest beach with a child before breakfast and quickly got back to the apartment. Hosts are very nice and accomodating people, provided us with with useful information and answered quickly every question we had. Hopefully we will get to visit beautiful Kas again. We know where to stay!
