Perfect place to stay ! Very quiet and private yet very close to KeriKeri. Very detailed instructions on how to get to the Guest Studio with lots of other useful information inside. Well equipped,comfortable and spotlessly clean. Loved the decking with seating looking into the Bush. If in the area this accommodation is not to be missed..highly recommend !

Such a beautiful place! We liked our stay here! Beautiful beaches, comfortable living, and relaxing surroundings. Our host went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and worthwhile. Thank you. We loved how close we were to beaches and how it was just a short 5 minute drive to great cafés and restaurants.

Wendy’s Apartment was perfectly located in the middle of Paihia, which is a beautiful place! We had a great view of the NYE25 Fireworks from the beach opposite. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with a lovely terrace to dine on. Beds were very comfy. Aircon in all rooms a bonus! Communication with Wendy was excellent and self check-in was easy. Lots of great restaurants and close supermarkets. We had delicious meals at Glasshouse and Zane’s. We thoroughly enjoyed our Island Getaway Hole in the Rock 4.5hrs cruise. For day trips, we drove north to 90 mile beach and west to a Kauri forest. Bay of islands is a stunning place to visit and we highly recommend it!

An absolute dream house! Stunning apartment with a gorgeous view. You definitely feel like spending a holiday with style :) Breakfast at Seaside restaurant are mind blowing! Best coffee in town. Fantastic location , 2 minutes walk to restaurants, ferry , downtown. Unit very well appointed with all the bells and whistles. Safe undercover park a bonus as we had bikes. Will definitely use again

A fantastic place to stay with a beautiful view on the sea! The furnishings and furnishings were very tasteful and modern. We felt very comfortable. Only the shower and sink are not quite as new anymore; you can see cracks in the sink and dirt in the grout of the shower. Otherwise everything is great! Great hosts!

We loved our stay and can’t wait to go back. The location is incredible and the views absolutely stunning. It had everything we needed, the only thing I would mention was maybe take earplugs if you’re a light sleeper as when it’s windy the front door has a very loud whistle sound. Also when windy keep the internal doors closed when opening the front door as it ends up being a massive wind tunnel. But as long as you’re aware of that everything else was perfect.

We had a lovely stay at this property, which is conveniently located just a short distance from Kerikeri Township. The house itself was comfortable and well-maintained, and the heat pump worked efficiently to keep the space cozy. We especially appreciated the TV with access to Netflix, which was a nice touch for relaxing in the evenings. Overall, our experience was positive, and we would recommend this property for those seeking a peaceful, well-located stay in Kerikeri.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house with a stunning sea view. It was absolutely perfect for our family getaway. The home is equipped with modern amenities, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The highlight was the spacious terrace with a breathtaking view, where we enjoyed BBQ evenings together. This place was a gem; one of my favourite Air BnB’s to date. A beautiful house, very clean and modern, and with plenty of room and comfy beds. The kids loved the fact that the wharf was just a short walk away, and I was pleasantly surprised at the number of options for an easy dinner or lunch (alongside a very well-stocked 4 Square). Paul was a lovely host, and we appreciated his helpful tips for places to see. We stayed a week, and could easily have made it two.

Our stay at Billie’s place was wonderful in every way…there was fresh milk in the fridge…ample coffee, tea and accoutrements, the house was clean and very comfy…Tania was right next door and could help us withrecommendationsandwas very helpful andsuper sweet. The location was great… a bit away from the busy hectic port area and right across the street was a grocery store…and a 20 min walk to theamazing Waitangi museum… Highly recommend!

Francine’s house is located at a quiet residential area,five minutes drive to restaurants and shops. the rooms and bathrooms are specious, the deck is overlooking at a beautiful view of the forests very relaxing.Thank you Francie for your prompt response and the late check out. Francie we had a good time at your home however the stairs at the entry were challenging for my husband as he had difficulty going up and down the stairs, not suitable for people with disabilities. I should have checked that out .Highly recommend if the stairs are not an issue.

Words don’t even describe how lovely this home is. The views alone are breath taking. Clean and tidy with lots of space. Only a short drive back into the stunning town of Russell. The hosts are very accomodating and Dean the caretaker is very helpful. There is even secret path in their beautiful garden for the kids to enjoy playing in. Thank you, we will be back!!

Comfortable home with beautiful surroundings. Wendy is a good host and proactively communicated. Very calm and relaxing atmosphere. We definitely recommend. The jacuzzi was amazing and relaxing.
