Very nice, private tiny house. Everything you need is available and by car is a good starting point to explore everything. Definitely recommend!

Artemis is a wonderful host. He welcomed us with fruits, snacks and homemade jam. The house has all the necessary facilities for barbeque and kitchen, a large balcony with nice view, a large garden, toys available for children and even a basket for playing basketball. We felt as home so, thank you Artemis.

We stayed at Katerina's studio at the end of August and had a really great time. The studio is in a large courtyard where the fantastic Mrs. Vasso, Katerina's mother, lives. He greeted us when we arrived with a homemade cake and cookies and throughout our stay he made us feel at home. He also prepared his fantastic moussaka for us and at the end of our stay he greeted us in person despite it being very early. He then recommended beaches and places to see and restaurants where you can dine. The accommodation is small, as shown in the photo, but very functional and equipped with all the comforts. The room is clean and tidy and for any need you can always ask the mythical Tray. The cottage is close to restaurants and supermarkets and by car is convenient to the most beautiful beaches in Sithonia. We definitely recommend this property where we had a great time.
