Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Kansas

We were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and the space of this home. She was easy to communicate with and I have informed her that I will be coming back!

Kristina’s house was the perfect stop for us on our way to Colorado from Missouri. The house was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It had everything we needed and the fenced in backyard was great. We would love to stay again.

This was a great experience for me and my family. It was the perfect house for relatives meeting up who hadn’t seen one another in a long time. The host has thought through how people are going to use the location. The furniture is simple and comfortable. The technology (TVs, WiFi, coffee maker, check-in pad) is all easy to understand. There were dog beds, there was everything we needed to BBQ some chicken, bathrooms were stocked with soap and towels. We used the games that were provided, used firewood that was provided, used the local recommendations that were provided. Rarely have I seen an Air BnB that is so well-thought out for HOW folks might use it! The yard is nicer and more spacious than it appears in the pics. There was even a swing for the little kids. The privacy fence has been well maintained. This was a case where we chose to come to Salina BECAUSE of the accommodations. We needed a halfway point to meet and this house drew us in. Host even had holiday decorations!

The house was exactly what we needed. Beds was comfortable perfect size of livingroom n kitchen for our family and the kids had room to run outside. It was perfect thank you for allowing us to stay at your home. Will use it again when we come back to visit my daughter.

I'm a former host so appreciate all that Chris and Darla have done to make their home cozy, clean, and affordable. Already booked my next stay with them.

My husband, son, and I stayed a week at The Elm House for Christmas. On Christmas day we had family over and the space was very accommodating! The kitchen was very stocked on utensils, pans, dishes, etc. The beds were VERY comfortable. the couch and recliners were lovely and our family loved the space! The home had a lovely Christmas tree included for us to put our gifts under. If you have a large family this is a GREAT place to stay! The host was responsive and quickly resolved any issues we had. They were very friendly The home was very peaceful, clean, and stocked on towels, toiletries, soap, and lots of blankets in nearly every room. Water was very, very hot which we appreciated. We will 100% book again. The only issue with the area was the neighbor had their dog outside when it was below freezing and it was shivering. :( It was well behaved and didn't cause any issues for us though.

Kim, this was such a lovely little surprise on our meandering trip. Thank you for being so gracious with me as a "first-timer" new to Airbnb. We enjoyed the house and the homey touches! After traveling all day, we wanted to take a little walk. Even though it was late, we felt very comfortable walking around and perfectly safe. Thanks for a great home for the night!

Randall's Hutchinson Gem was perfect. We had a late Christmas family gathering and the house was near family. Weather was awful and he came and treated the steps with ice melt. Plenty of towels and linens. Beds were comfy and decor was great. We'll definitely stay again. Thanks Much.

I stayed at Tania’s place on my way through Kansas on a road trip. Her place was perfect for this! Comfortable, large space, and all the amenities you would need. Great for the price, and Tania was responsive and friendly. Loved the stay!

I've stayed at Linda's place twice now and enjoyed it both times. Passing through on a road trip, Linda's spacious apartment was a perfect place to relax, have a couple meals, take a walk in the neighborhood, and get a good night's sleep. I liked the time-warp of the retro decor, everything was in working order and very clean. the rooms are huge! The neighborhood was a perfect place to walk my dogs as well. I'd stay here again.

Young was very friendly and responsive. The rental is in a great location for anything K-State related. Young has made sure that a wide variety of amenities are available for guests and has done a fantastic job utilizing the space to accommodate such. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a great place to stay to access the Prairie Spirit and Flint Hills trails. Ottawa is a very picturesque town to visit. The space is comfortable and clean. would stay again!

This place was exactly as described and a great stay for me. There is a coffee shop just a short walk away and it's in a very nice neighborhood. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay.

Beautiful apartment! Lots of places to walk to for great food, drinks, and shopping. We had a great time in Humboldt!

I was looking for a cheap, easy place to stay for a few nights in Lawrence, and this place was perfect! Host's instructions on everything were incredibly clear.

Great place to stay! The place was perfect for us and our pups for the holidays! I ended up getting a migraine on Christmas and was so thankful our host had ibuprofen available! It’s was a life saver!

Amazing spot , super clean, high value as advertised. I love all the morning sunlight that comes through the big living room window Ashley was very attentive to my needs and even gave me a $50 voucher for inconvenience of construction next door. (She is not always able to know if there will be construction near the room.)

I stayed here for 3 weeks. I had a great experience. Owner was extremely quick to respond. they were helpful with the questions I had. The place was clean, bed was very comfortable and the pillows were killer. I will stay here again for sure when I come back (assuming they let me :)). highly recommend!!!
