Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Kansas

They are wonderful hosts. We have great experiences booking with them for both of our companies and will continue to book with them as long as we are in the area and they will have us. Their communication and hospitality is excellent.

This was a GREAT deal for the # of bedrooms. The location was PERFECT! This place has alot of character (inspite of the inconsistency in decor). I loved the exposed brick and cooper ceiling. Casey's instructions were very thorough; from entry, thermostat location, security and restaurant suggestion. It had everything you will need from snacks, ear swabs, ibuprofen, etc. It needs further updating, but this really was and AWESOME place, and TREMENDOUS value.

Such an awesome place with so much to do at the house you almost don’t need to leave! Really close to shopping, including grocery and gas. Emergency room is a 5 min walk away in case you need it. Will definitely look at Victorias other listings in the future.

Photos from Johnny's looked like the listing. Johnny was responsive to our messages. The hot tub and sauna were nice features in selecting this house to rent. Modern and updated interiors and kitchen, the beds were comfortable, and the space fit our family well. There is plenty to do in the area and many restaurants and shopping close by.

William was an excellent host! He was very responsive and helpful and was very accommodating when we had a mishap. His home is just like on the pictures, very beautiful and keeps a very clean home! We will definitely be visiting this gem again!

Absolutely wonderful country atmosphere, just far enoughaway from the hustle of a larger metropolis. Nancy is an amazinig host and was very accommodating for out needs. The gouse has beautiful sunrise and a tranquil atmosphere, i would recommend to anyone looking for a stay in Kansas. Definitely we will be back.

This home is truly a sanctuary. From the moment we arrived, we felt a sense of peace and comfort that’s hard to describe but impossible to forget. The house itself is immaculate, stylish, and full of thoughtful touches — and the backyard? Pure magic. A quiet, private escape that made it hard to pull ourselves away for our concert! Tracey herself is a remarkable host — generous, gracious, and genuinely thoughtful. She went out of her way to make our stay smooth and special in ways we won’t forget (you’ll see what I mean). Her kindness really made this more than just a trip — it was an experience we’ll carry with us. We left refreshed, grateful, and already planning our return. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Wichita and this one’s available, you’ve won the lottery — don’t hesitate for a second to book it. Thank God for people like Tracey who are willing to share their blessings like this.

Everything was terrific! Would love to go back during the summer months. cabins we're all super clean, cute and cozy! They had everything we needed and more.

My husband and I were looking for a secluded place to spend our first weekend together away from our 3 year old. The Vassar cabin was secluded and private, and the proximity to the water was exactly what we wanted. The hot tub made it even easier to relax.

Sherry was one of the best hosts we have had. She was very quick to respond if we needed anything and was genuinely concerned that we had a wonderful stay. You couldn't ask for a better host. Everything was exactly as described and shown. This was the most well outfitted place we have ever stayed. We cooked our own meals outside on the grill and inside the kitchen, everything we needed or could want was there. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows perfect. The towels were new and soft as could be. If I had to describe the whole thing in a word, it would be quality. It is obvious Sherry has a high standard for herself. I would stay here if I had business in Topeka or Manhattan. It is a short drive to both but the peace and quiet here is worth every mile. It was so quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. We saw deer, turkeys, and a Bald Eagle so yes, you are in the country here but with good internet! We highly recommend it.

Had a great stay at the cabin! Cabin was clean, well maintained, and we loved having a small private backyard area. Hosts were communicative and helpful.

The experience in general was relaxing, and all around really good. They had someone new cleaning so it could’ve been cleaned better as far as mopping or dusting went, but I’m greatful for the opportunity to use the hosts home so I made sure to clean it really good before I checked out myself. There was a issue with the hot tub in our room so we didn’t get a chance to use it but the host offered us a free night stay for our troubles right away and we would be happy to say that we would recommend staying here and we would definitely pay to go stay again.

It was exactly what we hope when we said "getaway." The cozy darling cabin made one feel at home and far away all at once. Just lovely.
