A month here simply wasn’t long enough! Laura and Chase are fantastic hosts. So responsive, really friendly and always very happy to help. This place really felt like home and we really had to force ourselves to leave. Having spent a month driving around almost every part of Oahu, we would choose Kailua again and again. Specifically, we’d choose this Airbnb. The location is great. Local beaches, shops and markets. Close enough to all the popular tourist spots, but far enough away to get the peace and tranquility. We’d heard about a friendly neighbour bringing food round and we weren’t disappointed. We were treated to local vegetables and Korean sushi on several occasions. I could write an entire essay on why this is the best trip and best airbnb we’ve stayed in, but there’s a character limit so I’ll just say if you’re considering booking this place, stop considering and book it right now!

This was the perfect place for our family to stay during vacation. The townhouse is conveniently located close to many amenities (grocery stores, restaurants, parks, etc). There are several beautiful beaches within a short driving distance. Part of the fun of Hawaii is seeing several different beaches. We drove to about 10 different beaches during our stay. The townhouse has a beautiful mountain range behind it and is surrounded by lush vegetation. It’s a gorgeous place to stay. There are items in the house for young families. High chair, pack n play, kids dinnerware, etc. We also enjoyed using the pool while we were there. Overall it was a great experience! Bryan was helpful and responsive to messages. We had a 10/10 great stay here. The unit is completely separate from the main house, so you get tons of privacy with your own separate entrance and garage (my husband was able to park his mid-size truck just fine). It is well furnished and fully stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen. Pull out couch was very comfy. It was spotless - clean linens, bathroom (and we're pretty clean people). You can see mountain & ocean from the window, and the trade winds feel amazing with the windows open. Location was perfect for us - located in a quiet neighborhood and still walking distance to Target, Windward mall and local supermarkets. It's also a short drive (15min) to Kailua, Honolulu (20min), and a good halfway point to North Shore. Gen & Shantel are very responsive through the app, and on the rare occasions we saw them in the driveway, they are very friendly and pleasant people. I highly highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a longer-term rental on Oahu.

Great place and hosts at this property. Good central location in Kailua. Laid back vibe. Perfect for couples or small families. Highly recommended.
