Our stay was amazing. The farm house is beautiful and we felt right at home as soon as we got there. Everything was clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bedrooms were very nice. We would love to stay here again.

This is a beautiful home in a great location. It has a well-equipped kitchen, and this house has everything you need. I am extremely picky about cleanliness, and this home met my expectations. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely share your information with our friends as well. We particularly loved the horses, cows, and lush greenery. Unfortunately, the weather prevented us from seeing the stars in the night. I’m sure it will be gorgeous, since no light pollution. The beds were clean, the sheets were washed, the bathroom was clean, and there was easy access to information. It was a great stay for us.

We had an incredible time at this beautiful Airbnb. The house was impeccably clean, stylishly decorated, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect for exploring Zion and Bryce Canyon. The host was very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

A great place to stay in Kanab. Spacious and comfortable and just a couple minutes from the historic downtown. Amazing hot tub under the stars. It feels a little dated…but it is comfy, bright, well appointed. We were just 2, it would be perfect for 4. Everything about staying here was easy!

Beautiful cabin. We really enjoyed our stay. We used the hot tub and fire pit, which were both very nice. We came up from Phoenix to hike Bryce and Zion. Met family from Illinois. The cabin was a great location for that. We grilled a couple nights and ate at Bryce lodge one night and in Springdale one night. The best nights were just relaxing and cooking at the cabin. Thanks guys for making our trip the best😊 The stars were beautiful. Lots of deer and turkeys!

Really great space for relaxing after spending daylight hours out hiking. Central to National Parks and lots of great exploring activities! Host was quick to respond to any needs. Wonderful stay at this beautiful house!

Fantastic place to call a home base while exploring the magic of southern Utah. The home felt as though I was stepping into my own - very comfortable for our 3.5 week stay with our preschooler and dog. The yard is HUGE and fenced (and we enjoyed the fire pit multiple times). The wifi is strong! Perfect launch pad for exploring nearby. We visited Zion multiple times (we recommend entering the park from the eastern entrance as opposed to the Springdale entrance which is a longer route from Kanab), Bryce Canyon, Peekaboo Canyon (ATV tour with ROAM ... recommend!), Buckskin Gulch via Wire Pass, Coral Sand Dune State Park, Grand Canyon North Rim, Pipe Springs Monument, Cedar Breaks Monument, Antelope Canyon, Lake Powell, Page, Horseshoe Bend, Bunting Trail, plus all the local restaurants, the dog groomer at Kanab Dog Wash, the public library (hooray for visitor library cards!), the huge playground and skate park. Spend as long as you can here. You won't regret it!

Wonderful and relaxing place to retreat to after a full day of hiking and exploring beautiful Utah. Sunsets were gorgeous. We would definitely stay here again. Tana was super helpful whenever we had questions.

Cozy small home with a wonderful view of canyons and had a great time star gazing while making treats with the kitchen amenities, and exploring the beautiful national parks nearby! Friendly host, friendly four legged friends to greet you and overall amazing experience!

Staying at Jen's sheep camp was one an amazing experience for both my son and I. The wagons were really cozy, very well equipped and the beds extremely comfortable. The entire camp is very thoughtfully laid out, well organized with a great shower with tons of hot water. The view of the surroundings and canyons off in the distance is stunning and the stars at night were like lanterns in the sky. I would love to come back here again some day and stay for longer.

This home takes you back to a simpler time. The quaint home is peaceful with a modern flair. We really enjoyed staying here. The property is beautiful and the cows are entertaining. Thanks for sharing a piece of your paradise with us!

This was my second time staying at Nancy and Shelley’s It is a very comfortable place with a very comfortable bed for anyone who sound a long distance trip to relax in not to mention that Kanab is beautiful

Hands down my favorite airbnb stay! A true GEM! The cabin itself is amazing. Location was top notch and we needed nothing! I could not recommend this place more. The trail head that is minutes from the porch is literally breathtaking in some spots, highly recommend that hike closer to sunset. I would love to stay here again! Our hosts were so accommodating and easy to communicate with. Do yourself a favor and dont come to Zion unless you stay here!

April gave lots of local tips that helped us avoid Zion people traffic. The pioneer wagon was a nostalgic fun and memorable thing to do with kids, it sure makes you appreciate insulated walls in the winter! If you go in Winter for glamping - it’s pretty cold! I’d recommend bringing extra blankets, double up on warm clothes! Also bring 4WD vehicle and waterproof hiking boots for the trails are really muddy.

Beautiful, quiet place in a great location. We had a group of 7 with 3 kids (3, 6, and 9) and it was a perfect setup. Suggest arriving the first time when there's still sunlight in order to find it easily. Also, the roads can get a bit muddy/slick, but that was mainly due to the time of year we visited. Overall, great place and highly recommended!

If you’re looking for a Zion home base that has it all, this place is it. - short drive to Zion NP - lots of space and amenities - super responsive host Thanks for a wonderful stay!

John is an incredible host who is determined to make your stay a memorable one. John lays everything out that you could possibly need along with trail suggestions and directions as well as reviews on many of the local spots. He was spot on on those. I can’t think of a thing we needed that John did t provide. Top notch experience from start to finish.

Beautiful setting. Lots of helpful instructions from the host. The resort was bigger then I expected, so not the quietest area. But there’s plenty to do on site as well as great access to Zion and Bryce Canyon isn’t too far either.

Great location, walkable to everything Kanab, 2 blocks from big public park and pickleball. Great layout for dogs with fenced back yard, nice lawn; not tub to boot. Spacious basement bedroom. Well supplied kitchen.
