Vacation rentals with a pool in Kanab

The house is awesome. We loved the layout of the house and the location. The house was stocked with everything we needed. The back yard was great, and the location is close to a park which the kids loved. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again.

Gary is a great host and we will come back as soon as we are back in Kanab to visit Best Friends. The home is truly tastefully decorated with southwest accents such as intricate mosaics as you enter and the shower as well. The house is right next to a huge dog run that is well maintained. Gary also exemplifies what it takes to be a great host by answering our questions promptly. He also helped us find hikes when we were not volunteering at Best Friends. Strongly recommended.

Absolutely loved our stay! Tim and the Zion Stay team were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. The property itself is gorgeous—spacious and beautifully maintained. It’s located in a lovely, quiet community that’s also super convenient for getting around. Highly recommend!

Logan was an awesome host! The house was spacious, clean and beautiful! The area was quiet and peaceful. The house was equipped with all the amenities and then some! Great place to stay! I would definitely recommend this place! We were very satisfied!

We made the trip from South Carolina to Kanab, Utah to take our boys to see several national parks over spring break. Andrew and Julie’s home was exactly what we needed…the house is pristine with plenty of space to unwind after a long day of hiking. My husband and I loved enjoying a drink on the back patio while we grilled dinner. The kiddos had their own entertainment space. The neighborhood is lovely and Kanab is centrally located so it was super easy getting to Zion, Bryce, the Coral Sand Dunes and so much more. This was the perfect home for our family vacation.

Great home base for Zion, as it’s in a quiet neighborhood and perfect for unwinding after exploring the park. Beautiful home, comfortable beds and a great living room for lounging. The kitchen was really well-stocked for cooking as well. The listing says there’s an outdoor pool, and that was a big part of our reason for choosing this one, as we were there in mid-April and knew the weather would be good. Unfortunately, the pool was not open yet from its winter closure, I assume. Just wish we had known about the closure ahead of time. There is an indoor pool but that wasn’t a draw for us. Would rent again, as my two friends and I had a great stay and appreciated the thoughtful decor and great communication.

Our stay was absolutely lovely. The condo has everything you need to feel at home away from home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen has all you will need and more, the family room is cozy. The location is excellent! It’s the perfect place to see and do everything from! Plus, the community is quiet and peaceful. There are scenic mesa views and wildlife. After days of long hikes, the hot tub was definitely a treat to soak in under the stars in the cool evening air. But what made this place really special were all the extra considerations. They thought of everything. There was an excellent variety of board games next to a large dining room table which was a fun way to wind down and laugh with the family before bed. They also supplied extra things you might need or like, such as hiking poles, backpacks, white noise machines, a doggo bed and other pupplies, extra charging station spaces, plentiful linens, even a crib and high chair in one of the closets. Fantastic stay! ❤️

Just as pictured, this townhome provided a great home base for hiking in and around kanab, very close drive to restaurants in the “downtown” area as well. Comfortable beds and kitchen stocked with the basics. Was great to have access to a washer and dryer.

Outstanding home base for visiting national parks. Condo was super comfortable, spacious, quiet, spotless, in excellent condition, and ideally located. Welcoming hosts. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great place to check all AZ and Utah. Perfect spot for kids, got pool, hot tube, gum, playground 2 blocks from place.

Great vacation home. We stayed 4 nights as a group of 2 couples. Easy check-in / checkout. Despite other comments, the kitchen has all basic things you need. We stayed 4 nights and cooked every evening without any issues. Be aware that no shower gel / shampoo is provided as described by the host.

We loved it here! The condo was perfect for our needs. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and everything needed to cook, and the appliances are all very nice! The bedrooms and bathrooms are great. The beds were comfortable. The parking was easy. And it's nestled up to beautiful red rocks! This is a really great place for a family stay!! Thanks so much!!
