Amazing place and an amazing host, our family trip of 2 days was indeed a joy and Evan as a host made sure we had a great time. Good location in close proximity to Munnar and an extremely clean, well maintained and thoughtfully equipped home. Evan was very proactive and ensured total comfort during our stay. We stayed at Appril Cottage from January 25th to 27th, and it was an incredible experience! Located amidst serene greenery, the cottage offers breathtaking views and a tranquil escape. We stayed on the first floor of the two-storied villa, which had two spacious rooms with attached bathrooms, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, and access to a private rooftop sitting area. The rooftop is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The freshly prepared home-cooked meals were delicious, and the hospitality by Reji, the owner and host, was exceptional. His warmth and attentiveness made us feel truly cared for. Reji also arranged a jeep safari to nearby hills, which gave us mesmerizing views and waterfalls during the rainy season. This is a homestay, not a hotel, so expect a personal and peaceful experience with all essential amenities, not flashy luxuries. Overall, it’s perfect for anyone seeking comfort, nature, and heartfelt hospitality. Highly recommended!

We had an excellent stay at the Seven Castle. The hosts were very gracious and nice in addition to being excellent cooks. The place is not very far from the main road and the market.

We had a wonderful stay at Meenu’s place! It was very clean and well-maintained, with all the kitchen items we needed readily available. Meenu was very approachable and always quick to assist if we needed anything. Overall, we had a great experience.
