Vacation rentals with beach access in Kamen

The apartment is stunning, beautiful view, quiet and very comfortable, we felt just like home. Everything has a thoughtful design, well equipped, it has everything that makes the place feels very homey and relaxing. Zeljko is very professional, polite and helpful. Our family had a wonderful stay at Zeljko's apartment and I would highly recommend his place to anyone who's planning to visit Split.

We spent 3 nights at Ivan’s apartment and all went well. The place is as described and nicely located, very close to a beach and close to Split (also close to Split airport btw). We very much appreciated the shadowed terrace for breakfast and dinner. We recommend.

Every question was answered quickly. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable and perfectly located.

The place was exactly how it was described in the picture with an amazing view from the balcony. The beach, shops and restaurants were a very short walk from the apartment and felt very safe walking at night. The apartment was also very spacious with everything you needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The throw rugs were also a massive bonus.

Josip and his family couldn’t be more fantastic hosts, so friendly, even picked us up from the airport and cooked us a delicious breakfast each morning! The spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment overlooks beautiful ocean views from every balcony. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and relaxing in the jacuzzi most days, our daughter loved her own personal playground too! We enjoyed a speedboat island tour (and swimming in crystal clear waters) on Josip’s recommendation, with the boat able to moor and pick us up directly outside Josip’s house. The beach is literally a meter away! Some great beach front restaurants just a 5 minute walk away, where we enjoyed the Croatian sunset and some delicious local food. We definitely hope to be back soon :)

Milka is such a lovely host, if we needed anything she responded immediately. Beds very comfy and plenty of storage space. Air con was brilliant. Apartment very roomy with everything you should need. Supermarket and bakery right next door. Beach just a few minutes walk away. Would definitely return and recommend.

Thank you for having us in your appartment. It was clean, comfy, and the layout of the appartment was well planned. In the kitchen was everything we needed for coocking. The view from the balcony, which is bigger than it was expected from the pictures made our evenings great and comfortable. We stayed at Seget Vranjica over Christmas 2023 at Villa Rozana in the apartment in the attic apartment (2nd floor). The apartment is as shown on the pictures. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. There is a small Studenac and Tommy supermarket within walking distance. The view of the sea is very nice, we were lucky with the weather, sunshine every day and 12-17 degrees outside every day. We felt very comfortable in the apartment, with the air conditioning you could heat well. In the season, no restaurants are open in Seget Vranjica. In Trogir (about 5 km) away there is plenty of gastronomy (limited on Christmas holidays). It is nice that you have the overcrowded places almost to yourself in the summer. Good starting point for excursions along the coast (Trogir, Sibenik, Krka Falls). Mislat welcomed us and was always easily accessible and helpful. We loved our stay.

We had an amazing stay in Trogir and can highly recommend Igor’s villa! The location was absolutely magical – close to both the sea and the charming town center. The villa was incredibly well-maintained and exceeded all our expectations. Everything from the rooms to the outdoor area was perfect and thoughtfully designed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. There was truly nothing to complain about, and we enjoyed every moment. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay here at House Petar. Toni contacted us ahead of time to check on our arrival and gave clear instructions to find his house. The house was spotless and roomy and the outside patio is spacious; excellent for outdoor dining. The house actually borders the sea and there is a wide, level walkway that leads into old town, about a 5 min very pleasant walk. All the amenities that you would need are within a 5min walk. Toni was also very helpful in providing recommendations for restaurants and local beaches. Thanks Toni for a wonderful stay at House Petar. 😀

We traveled as a family with 2 kids & 2 small dogs. We were received in a very friendly manner and felt comfortable right away. The apartment is very well equipped, everything smelled very good and was clean. The direct location on the water was perfect. We were there in October, weather was excellent for 11 days and only 1 day of rain. We felt very comfortable. Disadvantage: Lots of mosquitoes and unfortunately no mosquito nets on the windows. In our case, (we have very small dogs,) they came through the fences.... but that still doesn't diminish the great vacation. Thanks

Our family had the most wonderful time at Darija's place. If you enjoy dipping into crystal clear water right at your doorstep, want to unwind and relax, you will love it there. Stomorska is a charming small village on Solta, less than an hour by ferry from Split. All the people are lovely and helpful. We spent most of our time with long swims, late lunches and aperitifs on our own terrace with a view, ice cream or dinner nearby. Don't miss to do a boat trip around the island. Darija was super responsive and welcoming, and her parents Dado and Jadranka treated us to a fantastic BBQ. All in all: perfect. Thank you!!

Bruno took care of everything in advance. Private transfer from the airport was great. Was received by the brother who showed me everything on site. Accommodation was cozy, everything available and clean. Everything is within walking distance. Beach/sea almost at your doorstep. Sound location. Gladly again.

This was the perfect spot for our 10 day visit . The beach is at the bottom of a flight of steps and the bus stop to Split is literally across the road. Got a little lost finding it in an Uber but the hosts came and found us ! They were very friendly and always there to help if we needed it . Highly recommend for beach and city break.

We had a great time at this place, the location is perfect in a quite surrounding and restaurants, bars, bus stop, supermarket, playground, bakery and the beach are just 5-10 minutes away by feet. The garden with the pool, toys and bbq corner are perfect for a visit with children. Enis gave me some very good information for activities with the family. We would definitely go there again.

Best location, best view, best rental I have ever stayed at in regards to having everything you need. Great bed, lots of hot water, groceries stores everywhere. We just really felt like we were home. When we come back next year if the rental is available we will definitely rent again.

With specious two bedrooms, it’s a well equipped and beautifully decorated apartment, walking distance to a long stretching beach on Čiovo island. Comfortable beds. The bathroom was smaller than expected but specious shower cubicle with a bath and seating area.Breathtaking view out of kitchen window and from outside seating balcony area.

We had a wonderful holiday at Josipa's place. She is a very good host and always eager to meet all expectations. She is always available and immediately helps with any problems and requests. The location of the apartment is great, you walk across the street and you are already by the sea. A terrace where you can sit wonderfully and enjoy the view of the sea is included. Very close are a bistro ( Val), which we highly recommend and a bit further there are different shopping opportunities in both directions. In the apartment is everything you need. The beds are very comfortable, only 1 room is a little clairvoyant... to the nearest neighbors. Everything else is great.

Perfect getaway in a fantastic place to stay! Our 8 nights in this AirBnB apartment was just amazing! The quiet and peaceful location immediately relaxed us. The apartment was sparkling clean and perfectly equipped – we lacked nothing to enjoy our holiday to the fullest. The hosts were extremely friendly and communication went smoothly. Just made our stay even more enjoyable. We really appreciated the tranquility and cozy atmosphere and highly recommend this place. An ideal place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway! 💙

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.
