Sarath was such a great communicator and a professional. He was willing assist with anything which was required with normal course of stay in the property. Regarding the stay the property the premises was very clean including the rooms and the bathroom. I did not have to worry about keeping my possessions in there as I left for personal matters outside , the wardrobes , all doors had locks . All rooms had well working air conditioning. The premises had Ethernet connection , the speed was amazing, helped me with my work. Uber is easily available to this location for rides or food delivery. I can highly recommend this place for anyone who wishes to stay comfortably in a clean environment , also who needs to do the regular meetings on zoom or teams.

Thulada’s place is a great stay, highly recommend, very well kept, every small intricate need is taken care of, iron, iron board, medical kit, well equipped kitchen, bed linen very clean, peaceful neighbourhood.

I stayed for 4 weeks and the experience was excellent. The hosts are very kind and caring and went to great lengths to ensure that every requirement of the guests are met. Genuinely recommend this place. I shall definitely stay here again on my next trip to Colombo!

They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, even providing a complimentary snack and drink when we arrived. The accommodation was cozy and well-kept. They were always available to answer questions and made sure we had everything needed for a perfect stay. If you’re ever in the area, we highly recommend staying at Zulfica’s place.
