Great location, walking distance to downtown. Nice and clean. Casey was a great host, communication was fast and easy. Would highly recommend his place.

This a really nice spot in a great location. Paul was a fantastic host. Easy to talk to and was always quick to respond. He even bought me an extension cable so my computer charger reached the outlet to the desk, as well as a brand new bath mat! Check in was a breeze. Internet blazing fast. Very comfortable, spacious place, and I'm a real sucker for real hardwood floors. Lovely afternoon sunlight in the office nook while I worked. Having a full kitchen is also a big bonus. 10/10 would book again.

Beautiful house, very clean, and as descripted!

WOW!!! What a beautiful home!! It had everything you could think of along with the little special touches they had!!! It worked out so good with the wedding venue just a few feet away! The decor was so beautiful and so spacious for all to enjoy!!! Nick and his wife were so great to work with! 5 stars for sure!!!

Kevin’s place was very clean and comfortable. It provided the space which we prefer. There was enough cooking pans/pots for preparing our dinner. Kevin was kind and offered quick reply’s when I asked questions and he was kind to inform us when we left something behind. Would stay again.

This is an especially hip loft with great access to downtown. It is spacious and very comfortable. The only consideration is that the main bedroom is open at the top, so if sound bleed is an issue, this may not be your spot. Otherwise this was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had.

John & I were so thankful for the living space Kathleen offered. We were in Marshall for 6 weeks to work with the Brain Treatment Center. We loved our health retreat as we worked with Dr. Wallace and her staff. Sunset Hills living was perfect with everything we needed, also to allow me to work remotely while in Marshall. Kathleen and Shawn were amazing and so so responsive to any of our request. Love and Energy! Diana

Beautiful place to stay on the water! I stayed with my bridal party to get ready for my wedding, and then relaxed with my HUSBAND🥰 very nice hosts and communicated with me quickly and easily. Would stay here again!

Loved it so much we never left! 😀 My family was displaced after the May 7th Portage Tornado, and Aryn was super accommodating to us, which allowed our family of 5 get out of hotel living. Extending our stay past the initial 3 months, while our home is rebuilt, as this place now feels like home. Beautiful 3 season porch overlooking a wooded area has allowed us to watch 3 baby deer, that were born the week we got here, grow. Can't wait for the Fall colors to change. Thank you Aryn, truly.

I love this house! It’s very spacious and comfortable. I was here with 3 friends and we all enjoyed our stay. It was so lovely that all 4 of us could have our own Queen size bed. The beds and pillows are very comfortable and we slept very well. The house is pristine and beautifully decorated. Many seating areas and places to relax together. Baileigh was an excellent communicator with instructions, updates, and prompt responses. The location is great. Easy to get all over town. Large driveway to fit multiple cars. I would love to stay here again!

The hosts were great, even asking for our favorite snacks and having them on the counter when we arrived. Great backyard with a fire pit that was used as well.

This house was perfect for us while we visited our nephew at Western Michigan University. The house was adorable. We loved the fenced in yard and everything was spotless and very homey and cozy. We would definitely stay here again anytime we visit the university. Kim was especially helpful at making sure that we got in OK and even let us know about events that were going on in the area!

The host was incredibly accommodating, and responsive! The house was perfect for our ladies weekend!

This home couldn’t have possibly been more charming. There’s a lot of great things to say about how fantastic and communicative a host Mark is, or how easy it is to get anywhere you want in town (or to quickly zip out of town!) from this location. I could go on about how well-stocked the kitchen is (from pour-over coffee to all the pots, pans, and gadgets you’ve got at home). I could genuinely wax poetic about the huge deep bathtub, or the bathroom suitable for a bridal party with all of its mirrors and lights. But above all, this house is just so dang pretty. And COZY. It’s a quaint step back in time, with all of the modern luxuries you’d expect. Be sure to enjoy a morning coffee in breakfast nook, by the stained glass. I promise the parking really is super, super easy!

I cannot say enough good things about this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The location was ideal; peaceful and quiet, yet close to everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!
