Beautiful location! Lovely to sit inside and have a full ocean view or head out to sit and enjoy the experience. Not far from groceries, restaurants and food trucks.

Peter's place was great for our family. Plenty of space for everyone. The two bathrooms were nice, but be aware that one of them (the en suite) is pretty tight. The house is in a great location, sort of at the starting point of the North Shore. It's about an hour from HNL, depending on traffic. There's a Foodland within walking distance. The only negatives are that you share a parking lot with other units in the complex. We never had a problem in finding a spot, but because there were always cars parked against the wall, it made it a little tricky to pull in and out of our spot, especially with a big car. Not a huge deal though! We'd stay again.

Enjoyed the stay! Wonderful location and lots of essentials provided by the host to ensure guests have everything! Very clear instructions and the place is very close to restaurants and the beach!

We had a long flight and were having a hard time finding a store to get distilled water for my oxygen machine and were tired and frustrated at the problem with parking in the area and she actually walked to a store a purchased it for us. Also because I got sick at the end of our trip we were supposed to be out by 11 am but our flight wasn’t till 6pm so we wanted to just hang out at place and she actually offered us I night free if we needed it which I thought was wonderful we didn’t accept cause would have had to change flights but we didn’t leave till around 1:30 no charge she was a wonderful host

Book it. Don’t hesitate. This is the place. I walked in, dropped my bags, saw the view, instantly cried tears of joy. Exceeded my expectations. They have planned for everything. Need a ninja blender for a smoothie? Check. Need a Bluetooth speaker for a Hawaiian playlist - double check. Need creamer for your coffee? Umbrella? Incredible mattress? Yoga mat? Pineapple glass and beautiful barware? Gorgeous decor? Breathtaking view? Smart tv that communicates with the fridge??? They have everything ✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅ loved every thoughtful touch - super responsive hosts, impeccable decor, stunning surroundings, clean as a whistle. I want to live in this apartment. Book it. It’s paradise.

We spent about a week in this lovely modern apartment in Waikiki. We loved it, and would happily rent this place again. The pictures give a pretty accurate view of what is in store for you, so we will not dwell on appearance. We will mention a few things may not be obvious from the description: * The sliding glass doors to the lanai open so that most of the condo is open to the outside – we found that quite wonderful. * Because this condo is on the 11th floor, it is high enough that the noise and bustle of Waikiki is muted. * The bedroom area has full-size floor to ceiling shades (electrically operated, of course) that enable the bedroom area to be visually isolated from the rest of the apartment. * The ‘grill’ at the adjacent Outrigger Resort (143 feet away according to Google Maps, but not including vertical) had good food and local musician’s playing every night (you’ll generally need a reservations)… * Slightly farther away – at the next hotel beyond the Outrigger – we found the

Had a great time here. It does get pretty noisy at night which we were thinking would be early the opposite however there are bike gangs/groups that hang out blaringusic in the zoo parking alot across the street most of the night and racing sch other up and down the street. Otherwise great location. Did love the ocean and diamond head view.

This unit was a great place to stay! The view was amazing and the beach just out front was a bit less busy than the main Waikiki beaches and had sea turtles multiple mornings as we snorkled😊 The hotel its self was secure, clean, and quiet. Alexei had great communication and was accommodating to us. One thing to note is the street noise is quite loud through the studio sliding doors. If you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend ear plugs. But the location is so worth it!

This is a million dollar view! Beautiful comfortable condo for our family of 4. Beach was amazing we got lots of sun. We love watching the sunrise & sunsets! Although there’s homeless camps on the public beach’s on the streets, you’ll have your own private beach & secured building. It was not an issue as this the local reality but a humbling experience. We enjoyed our stay & the view is what sold us! Great spot to explore this side of the island!

The Ko Olina condo was spacious, peaceful and located in the most beautiful beachfront setting. You had views of the ocean from every room including both bedrooms. The kitchen was very functional with upgraded appliances, dishes and appurtenances. The grounds of the condo were wonderful with swimming pools, hot tubs, barbecues, and a large koi pond. Outside the gated facility was a walkway leading in both directions to other beachfront hotels and restaurants or to the private lagoon straight ahead. You will be hard pressed to find a nicer condo on the island of Oahu!

The perfect place to bring our family- we loved the proximity to the beach and the pool. This unit stood out in that the deck felt so private and we had a view of the ocean to enjoy while we were in our unit. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family of four had a great stay at this condo. Right across the street from the beach with a beautiful large lanai for relaxation and great views. Had excellent service from the bell staff who knew who we were when we arrived and helped us with our many bags. New pool and hot tub are great. Excellent, easy to follow host instructions. Would stay again!

Location, location, location! Perfect place to land on our first visit to Waikiki. The space is safe, clean, thoughtful, efficient and easy. Very walkable which is just what we wanted ~ easy access to so many beautiful beaches. Appreciated a small view of Diamond Head and waking up to spectacular sunrises each morning. We look forward to staying again.

Excellent location, right in the Ilikai hotel, easy access to the beach and 5 min away from Ala Moana shopping center. Sunset from the balcony is wonderful. However, some of the utensils are not clean, possibly because no one cooks here lol.

The Beach Villas at Ko Olina truly was a Place of Joy. The Beach Tower condo was the perfect spot for our family-6 adults, 2 children and 1 infant. It's close to the water so you can hear the waves, but quiet. We enjoyed morning coffee on the lanai & listening to the daily happy hour music. Our SUV's were too large for one of our assigned parking spots. (1 standard, 1 compact). The front desk found us another spot ($25 fee). We packed a toddler bed, double stroller & life jackets, but the condo had what we needed for our infant (pack-n-play, wagon, high chair). We rented a second wagon that had a "sun roof" that allowed us to haul our gear in the condo's wagon while the infant had a place to play and sleep while we were out by the pool or lagoon. We shopped for provisions at the nearby Target and Costco. Island Country Market by ABC is within walking distance and is a great place to pick up a coffee, breakfast sandwich, deli items, liquor and many souvenirs. We'll return!

This Airbnb single handedly made our first trip to Hawaii!! This is the most beautiful Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in and hope to have the opportunity to come back in the future. Worth every $$ and would have stayed longer if I could. A true gem!

We are repeat visitors - says alot!! Love the location, the space, the view...love it all. Wouldnt stay any other place on Oahu or the North Shore. The bungalow had everything we needed, beach chairs were a big plus. William was very responsive with any issue we had.

This was our second time staying at the Ko’Olina timeshares and it was just as magical as the first time! Our villa was so beautiful and everything about this place was amazing. Love our host and all the friendly staff that works there. They really know the meaning of ALOHA and makes you feel so welcomed. I would definitely stay here again and book through Denice! Pictures don’t do its justice. The place is even more beautiful in person. Our family made such wonderful memories here and we will cherish these times forever! Thank you Denice & Team! This home is beautiful and a five minute walk from a beach with clear waters. It is a little remote but if you’re willing to drive a little there are tons of activities in the north shore! Amanda is also a friendly host!

Our experience was above and beyond anything we have encountered before. Our questions were answered promptly. Our requests were considered and accommodated if possible. Alternative solutions were suggested if our requests could be met in a different way. The staff at the Beach Villas were outstanding especially Sherry and Neal. Our special celebration with family was an exceptional and memorable event thanks to Gabriel and the staff at the Beach Villas. We can’t thank you enough!

This place is a hidden gem. The beach was easily the best we have stayed on in Hawaii. We saw sea turtles swimming near shore and whales in the distance, daily! The unit was clean and just as pictured. They had everything we needed for a fun day at the beach. We also enjoyed exploring the state park north of the unit. The only drawback, and it was minimal, was the traffic in the evening getting to and from the unit.

Thu's unit was exactly as described in the listing. We had our family of 5, and we were super comfortable the entire stay. Two large bedrooms, two nice bathrooms, welcoming living room, kitchen, and beautiful lanai. The complex or resort the unit is in Ko Olina Beach Villas was very well-run, with beautiful pools and grounds. All common areas were incredibly clean and the building seemed to be very well run by management there. My kids loved the pools, we loved the peacefulness of the pool area compared to the experiences we've had at the two neighboring resorts Marriott and Disney. We would love to return to Thu's unit and KOBV on our next vacation!
