Beachfront vacation rentals in Kailua Beach

Shannon and Gabriel 's bed and breakfast is a perfect place to stay. It is a 10 min walk to the pristine Kalama beach which then connects to Kailua and Lanikai. The entire neighborhood is peaceful and quiet with many secluded side streets that are perfect for walking or biking. The place is also across the street from a Starbucks and a 5 min drive to downtown Kailua. The room itself is super clean. They also have all the beach amenities you will need including chairs, towels, snorkeling gear, paddle and surf boards. Bonus - it has 3 perfectly functional bikes that you can ride to the nearby beach or just through the neighborhood. We had an awesome time at this place.

I really like the place a lot. It is clean, quiet, brand new, and the house looks great for photography. I was celebrating my dog’s 1st Birthday, my guests were very happy and enjoyed the ambience of the house. It’s cozy and comfortable. The kitchen is fully functional and equipped. Easy to cook or bake. Beds are clean and comfortable to sleep. Balcony is a relaxing place to go to for a cup of coffee or snacks. Neighbours are friendly. Jimmy is a great host who is very responsive and replied my questions almost immediately. I appreciate his friendliness and I have no stress with him compared to other Airbnb hosts that I had previously. He checked to make sure everything is good. Thank you Jimmy so much for being so helpful. From checking in to checking out, the process is so simple and straightforward. Parking is not far from the house and it was safe. Overall, although the price might seemed a little high, but still met my expectations.

this is a great place to stay in Hawaii , close to beach, restaurants and shopping. Janet was extremely helpful in getting us settled in. would highly recommend staying here. We can't say enough about how welcome Janet made us feel. Well stocked kitchen and beach supplies. Exactly as pictured. Thank you for a great vacation.

It is our second consecutive staying at Paul’s place, this time we tried the other suite and it is good as the previous one, we definitely loved it! This studio apartment was wonderful. We could not get enough of the beautiful view of Waikiki beach . Very centrally located, it was easy to walk to the beach or anywhere around Waikiki. I would definitely recommend this location and surely will come back again!!

**review from someone who has stayed at the Waikiki banyan 3 times now** Literally 10/10. I have stayed at 2 different air bnbs in this building, and never been completely satisfied—not because of the building but because of the actual air bnb. Obviously the location is superb! Beach is a block and a half away and so many good restaurants close by….but i was so tired of cheap towels and linens, BARE kitchens, uncomfortable beds, etc. We still decided to stay in an air bnb this time around, because we have a toddler and it’s ideal to have a separate room and a kitchen… However, I’ve finally found the air bnb I’ve been looking for. EVERYTHING YOU NEED IS HERE. All the details are executed perfectly. It’s dated but you don’t even notice it because everything is taken care of. This is how air bnb should be. Thinking of the small details and making sure you have enough essentials to last your entire time is so important and separates an ok host and an amazing host. Just book it!

This was our first time in Oahu, and we fell in love with Ko Olina after staying at this location. The check-in process was easy with one of the managers greeting us when we arrived. We had 5 adults and we felt the space was spacious enough. It had all of the amenities that we needed, and the host and manager were quick and responsive to our requests. The panoramic ocean view from the balcony was outstanding, and we really enjoyed the tranquility of the surrounding area in Ko Olina, away from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu and Waikiki. We would definitely consider staying at this location again!

Great place to stay, highly recommend especially if you have kids. They had all the beach stuff you will need (toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc). They also had a pack n play and a high chair for littles. The resort itself has a great pool and beach access. They let kids feed the fish every morning too which was a fun activity for my 19 month old. Was also really nice being on the ground floor. We could open up the slider and let our little guy run in and out. Would definitely stay here again!

This was our second time staying at the Ko’Olina timeshares and it was just as magical as the first time! Our villa was so beautiful and everything about this place was amazing. Love our host and all the friendly staff that works there. They really know the meaning of ALOHA and makes you feel so welcomed. I would definitely stay here again and book through Denice! Pictures don’t do its justice. The place is even more beautiful in person. Our family made such wonderful memories here and we will cherish these times forever! Thank you Denice & Team! This was a wonderful place to stay! Me and my wife loved it! There are plenty of things to do that’s close by, the beach is about a 2 minute walk, Harmoni was quick to respond and very kind, and it was a very clean place! The only thing to note is it gets pretty loud at night with the road being right out the window. Other than that our stay was wonderful and we highly recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a fun stay.

The property was absolutely beautiful, clean, and perfect location. Instructions provided were clear and contained all information we needed. Check in was super easy! The hosts were so helpful and responsive before and during our stay and were so friendly and kind. I will absolutely book again!!

Condo was clean, well appointed and very comfortable for our family of four. All of our communication was with Sherry B and she was great- quick to response, friendly and helpful. We had no trouble with the condo or facilities during our stay. Check in was easy and instructions were clear.

We had a wonderful stay at sunny's place with our kids. We made our foods most of the time and his well equipped kitchen was very handy. He provided everything else we asked for (stool for toddler, play pan for infant). Will definitely recommend others and will come back again. Thanks

We loved the house. It fit our whole family with plenty of privacy. The large laundry was a plus with so many people. We were able to cook meals in the kitchen and eat around the large table. The location right across the street from the park and beach was ideal. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet away from the city, but close enough to everything to go sightseeing and enjoy our vacation.

Very nice property located on the beach near Hale'iwa between Kaiaka and Ali'i beach parks. Just a few minutes into town for shopping, restaurants etc, and quick access to the entire North Shore. Very clean and well-appointed property, with plenty of water toys etc - exactly as advertised. We had the special treat of visiting during a HUGE swell that powered the Vans Pipe Masters and (just after we left) the Eddie Aikau Big Wave Invitational surf competitions. You could literally feel the waves pounding the shore at times, and watching those monster waves roll into nearby Waimea Bay was truly amazing. Mahalo for everything!

One word… Amazing! Thank you Jenelle for hosting us at your beautiful oasis in one of our favorite parts of Oahu! We had an amazing stay and highly recommend to anyone looking for a getaway to paradise.

We are repeat visitors - says alot!! Love the location, the space, the view...love it all. Wouldnt stay any other place on Oahu or the North Shore. The bungalow had everything we needed, beach chairs were a big plus. William was very responsive with any issue we had.

Absolutely wonderful spot. The pictures don’t do it justice. The sound of the waves, the views from every room in the house, the birds and gardens… everything was just perfect for a relaxed stay.

Highly recommend this place! Can’t beat the ocean and mountain views from the backyard. Amanda was a wonderful host too

Violets place was such a perfect accommodation for our family and kid friendly. My parents are elderly and the walkin shower and large bathroom was a major plus. I loved that the beach was walking distance. We didn't need to rent a vehicle lots of amenities and public bus transportation were walking distance. The place included beach chairs, snorkeling gear, paddle boards and extra towels which was so helpful we didn't have to buy anything. I really appreciate how violet allowed us to drop off our luggage prior to check in time. We will rebook in the future!
