Vacation rentals with beach access in Kailua Beach

I’ve booked a lot of airbnbs before, and I would honestly say Ashlee was the most responsive host I’ve ever worked with. She over communicated, answered right away, gave us the best recommendations, and more! The Airbnb had beach towels and chairs which was a great addition, and the parking pass saved us so much money! Location was also great, so walkable. Best time in Hawaii!

Great place to stay, highly recommend especially if you have kids. They had all the beach stuff you will need (toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc). They also had a pack n play and a high chair for littles. The resort itself has a great pool and beach access. They let kids feed the fish every morning too which was a fun activity for my 19 month old. Was also really nice being on the ground floor. We could open up the slider and let our little guy run in and out. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at Jayden’s airbnb! The condo was clean, had all the amenities we needed. Beds were comfortable. The balcony was great and had nice views. We appreciated that he provided beach umbrellas/chairs etc. I will say at night it was a bit loud initially, the slider doors did not do the best job of keeping sound out from loud cars or sirens, which might be tough for light sleepers, but this didn’t bother us too much. The building itself had a pool, jacuzzi and sauna, as well as a laundry room and a small convenience store all on the 6th floor. There was a breakfast restaurant on the lobby floor as well which we unfortunately didn’t get to try but it looked good! The building is walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, and the beach. Parking is a bit expensive- $45/day for overnight parking but I think that is standard for the area. Overall had a great time! Highly recommend!

Excellent location, right in the Ilikai hotel, easy access to the beach and 5 min away from Ala Moana shopping center. Sunset from the balcony is wonderful. However, some of the utensils are not clean, possibly because no one cooks here lol.

Place was great and so was the host, always quick to respond and provide you with whatever you needed. Location was very calm and easy to get to the beach and/or other common attractions. The views were very nice also, the Airbnb was just as described. Would definitely consider coming right back to this place if I were to ever return to Honolulu. Thank you!

Great home with everything you need– kitchen & living essentials, boogie boards, snorkels, etc. Carl was super responsive & helpful whenever we had questions. One thing to note, the parking garage has a height limit (6ft). I traveled with my family & we rented a van that didn't meet those restrictions. We ended up paying $40/day a block away, or street parking on some days. For a big, intergenerational family, this place fulfilled all our needs. The kiddos loved the pool when we took a break from the beach. 10/10 recommend this place for your next stay in Hawaii! Mahalo, Carl!

Take’s place was everything we hoped it would be and more. Exactly as pictured. Easy and clear instructions on check in. Take was very responsive with lots of local recommendations. Place is peaceful, charming and very unique with lots of personal touches. I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend.

Geri and Ke’Alii were great and very communicative from the start! We had two families staying in the home & it worked out wonderfully for the family vacation The beautiful beach was walking distance, with a private walkway from the neighborhood. The beach had low tide and high tide, but very kid friendly. We had a toddler with us and the current was great for kids that age/size because the waves weren’t rough. You can see some fish with snorkel gear and you will see local children fishing there. Host even allowed my son to borrow sand toys. Beach towels provided at airbnb too! The home had all of the kitchen necessities and cook-ware. The host allowed us to use the charcoal bbq grill which was in pristine condition. Home is near a drug store and Papa Oles (great Hawaiian food, walking distance). We would stay here again! Thanks for your hospitality and quick response/communication Geri and Ke’Alii.

This home is beautiful and a five minute walk from a beach with clear waters. It is a little remote but if you’re willing to drive a little there are tons of activities in the north shore! Amanda is also a friendly host!

Excellent location in Kahuku! The amenities for families are even better than expected with high chair, pack&play, toys and books. So great to have bedrooms in a north shore accommodation. Walkable to the famous Kahuku food trucks too. Would happily stay again and for longer!

The house is amazing, very well equipped, there is absolutely everything you need there from all sorts of kitchen appliances, grill stuff and beach equipment. The view is absolutely breathtaking. The house is beautifully furnished. Contact with Kristen was great, she was responding very quickly to all of our questions. I really, really recommend this house!!!!

Kerstan's place was just what we needed for our family to stay and visit with one another. The home was in a beautiful community, with beautiful amenities inside the home. Our family enjoyed every minute of being together in this lovely home. The kids had lots to do, from playing the arcade games to board games, and simply enjoying the beautifully landscaped backyard.

I’ve stayed at several Airbnbs before, but this one in Hawaii completely exceeded my expectations and then some! From the moment we arrived, it felt like we had entered a dream. The property was not only beautiful, but it was clear that every little detail had been carefully thought out to ensure an unforgettable experience. The home itself was immaculate, with stunning views of both the ocean and the lush, tropical landscape. We spent hours on the private lanai, watching the sunsets and listening to the sound of Hawaii. The interior was just as impressive — spacious, stylish, and outfitted with high-end amenities that made us feel like we were in a five-star resort. What truly set this place apart was the host. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, offering local tips, and even providing a welcome basket with treats & the most delicious coffee. It was clear they genuinely cared about making our visit special. We felt more like welcomed guests than renters.

Helena was responsive and accommodating. The place was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. We could easily get to turtle bay beach and the kids loved the pool right in front of the condo. Had plenty of beach toys, chairs, snorkel gear and small cooler. Having AC was clutch as we are not use to the heat and humidity. Overall we had a great time and would love to return in future trips!

We had an amazing time, check in was a breeze, the condo is beautiful and equipped, had all the amenities. We spent time sitting and watching the sunset at the veranda, with the spectacular view of the ocean and marina bay. The place is perfectly located and Hilton lagoon is just a walking distance, as well as the restaurants and abc store. Katie is a great host, and accommodating, I will recommend this place and surely want to come back again.

Don't pass up this location. Randy is a true superhost and the unit/location is a gem. Randy went above and beyond to make our stay as easy and pain free as possible. The unit is ideal for a couple who want to enjoy all that downtown Honolulu has to offer. Just keep in mind that parking in Honolulu is mighty expensive, so touch base with Randy if you are thinking of rolling up in a car (as we did). Rather than deal with parking we simply turned our car in, took a breath and loved the experience. From the doorstep of Randy's building you can take a tour, take endless walks, lay on the beach, rent lounge chairs, and then simply shower and head to an amazing dinner or whatever else you like. We are indebted to Randy for making our Waikiki experience truly memorable.

Penny was a wonderful host! She was so friendly and helpful and very quick to respond. Her place was VERY clean which is a very important to me. You can tell that she put a lot of thought into making sure she had anything that a guest could possibly want or need. I hope to get back to Oahu and if so, I will want to stay at Penny’s condo again.

This is a great place to stay! The location is very walkable to many attractions, and was very clean. The host is very responsive and gave great recommendations on what to do in the area. I would stay here again next time I am in Hawaii.

Great location. Easily walkable to restaurants and other amenities. Quick access to the beach. Friendly staff in the lobby area. Bus stop outside the front entrance. Very responsive hosts, available to help in any way. All in all a good stay!
