Monthly Rentals in Kagurazaka

This was a wonderful place to stay. It was clean and centrally located without being in too busy area. The train is about 5 minute walk away! Very big house for Tokyo!

If I could give 6 stars for location I would! Kagurazaka is a wonderful neighborhood and being right on the Tozai metro line made this a convenient place to stay if you want to go most places in Tokyo. The apartment itself was clean and cozy with great morning light, and a perfect size for one or two people. Also, if you are into dance there is a studio and performance space, Session House, just a minute to the east (the Tuesday night contract improv class is awesome!).

I stayed at Kazumi’s apartment for an entire month in May of 2024. It was pretty much exactly as described. Here are my pros and cons: Pros: - Walking distance to downtown Shinjuku and Golden Gai - Quiet neighborhood - Spacious room for 1-2 people (especially compared to comparable hotel rooms in Tokyo) - In unit washer and clothes hanger - Mini fridge and kitchenette - light dimmer and air conditioning Cons: - An odd smell presumably coming from the plumbing. I don’t think this was specific to this space though. I noticed a similar smell tied to plumbing in the city - Small bathroom / shower

Our stay at Rico's place was pleasant. The apartment is relatively small for 3 people, but very efficiently furnished and very clean. Furthermore, it is close to several metro stations and there are nice shops and restaurants in the alleys around the apartment. And for meditation, there is a beautiful temple just a stone's throw away. We thought the communication with Rico was perfect, you got a response to your questions right away.
