Just out your door are the many shops, galleries and restaurants, yet on your beach side deck overlooking the beautiful vistas of Kachemak Bay, you’ll swear you are miles away. Conveniently located next door to Central Charters and Tours and Captain Pattie's Restaurant, across the street from the Homer harbor. We have 4 more units. 3 on the spit and 1 house in town. Brand new apartment with separate entrance and private bath, radiant floor heating, brand new quality Queen bed, adorable red appliances, sound proofing, and a sweet view from the table and outdoor covered sitting area. The Lookout Apartment . This place is a little slice of Heaven it has sweeping views of outer Kachemak Bay and Kenai Mnts. and 3 major Volcanoes across Cook Inlet. It can accommodate up to 4 -6 singles or 2 couples and is close to Down town and the Harbor, 5 minute drive to town or 15 minute drive "honestly" to the Homer Spit and Harbor. The Lookout Apt makes a great home base you can go anywhere on the Kenai Pennisula in 3 hrs. from here, make sure to check out are week long discount.

Cute apartment right in town. Within walking distance to restaurants, art galleries and coffee shops. Pratt Museum and hiking trails around the corner. The place had an awesome view. Bed was comfortable. The kitchen had numerous appliances & spices. That was nice. The book for guests to write in helped us make some decisions. Homer was a neat little town just wish the weather cooperated. We’d stay here again if we come back to Alaska. Thanks for everything.

We had a great stay at Katie’s! Traveling with three kids and three adults- there was plenty of space for everyone. Super easy to get in, comfy beds and rooms, great for making a meal and a nice big table to sit around. Katie was very communicative and even brought over a stroller for us to use!

The location was absolutely PERFECT for our stay! We could walk to most things and also had a beautiful view from the window and porch. The decor and overall setup of the space was perfect and so well decorated!! Marya also went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable, purchasing a washing basin before we got there for my hand wash items. She really did not need to do that but it was such a kind touch, along with the snacks, umbrellas, and recommendations she provided. I would stay here a million times more if I could!! Thank you again, Marya - you truly are a gifted host!

Booked last minute for a weekend trip with the family and it was an absolute treat! Everything was perfect, there was a view from every window. The kids loved the bunk beds and I absolutely ADORED the coffee kiosk on site. I am currently looking for another excuse to come to Homer again just to stay at this house.
