It was used by 6 adults and 2 1 year old 0 year old babies. If you have a large family looking for a place to stay during your trip to Japan, I totally recommend it. It's prettier and cleaner than the photos. You can safely park your rental car, and you can go to the surrounding downtown area in 10-20 minutes by car, and there is a beach in front of the house, so it's good to take a walk.

Once we had worked out where the apartment was, it was a very easy and short walk from the station. Much cheaper than staying in the city. Frequent trains. The apartment was spotless and well equipped. It was spacious for a studio. The only thing missing was a sofa as the bed was in the living area and the bed alcove was a large empty space, where we put our bags. Comfortable beds. Quiet at night. I would stay again.

Clean. Great location. Good for 2 people. Check-in process is like escape room if you didn’t write your codes down and don’t have internet to get them. Use exit #6 if you have luggage. Exit 5 has a bazillion stairs and no fun with luggage. If you are taller than 5’10” the ceiling will be too low for you. There is a strawberry mochi place nearby that is amazing. I wish the living room had a couch instead of a dining table. No place to relax. My pocket WiFi had faster internet. Owner was very responsive but not a lot of info inside the unit so ask them questions. Bed was a double size. Very secure. Very quiet. Balcony faces the shopping street side, not the river. I would stay here again. Bathtub was awesome. Washer but no dryer.

We have a peaceful and relaxing time during our stay. The house was clean, well maintained and cozy. There are villages and local cafes in the surroundings which you can explore around. Overall, we like the house very much and are happy with our stay.

A trip to enjoy doing nothing Hakata Seaside Bay

We had two consecutive stays over two weeks. This place is amazing. Location is great. You live right next to the sea and the beautiful scenery, yet Fukuoka center is 20 mins away (we had a car; there’s a metro line nearby). There are several great cafes around. Make sure to visit the seaside park and shikanoshima, all right next to you. The house is equipped with everything you need. There’s parking, well equipped kitchen, all amenities etc. Overall, next time I’m in Fukuoka, will book this place again.

The location was nice, comfortable and clean! What's better than a business hotel that's usually used a lot: 1. Spacious and pleasant 2. There is even a freezer in the general refrigerator, so you can store ice cream 3. There is a microwave 4. It is quiet and not crowded with tourists (However, there are many restaurants in front of the accommodation, so there is quite a floating population) This is an accommodation I want to come back to when I visit Fukuoka again next time! It was cozy and comfortable with the feeling of coming home every day during our 3-night trip. Thank you for your prompt and kind response!

The house is good, self check-in is very convenient ~ The room is also very clean and there is no weird smell.There is also a small balcony where you can smoke (please don't throw away cigarette butts), the water in the bathroom is very hot.The location is about 1.3 km from Hakata Station in Chiyo-ku, about a 15-20 minute walk, about 1100 yen by taxi to Hakata Station, or you can take a bus (but not very convenient).I recommend it to everyone, the price is very good ~

The house is in a quiet residential area, we stayed here for two nights, 8 people is enough, the disadvantage is because there is only one bathroom, people have to wait to take a bath, but the toilet has two, and also will automatically sense the warm water toilet👍👍 seat The host is very good Chinese sister ~ Communication is unimpeded ~ The kitchen has condiments We can cook ~ Our suitcases are all put on the first floor, because the room and the stairs are smaller, actually I can't put it up ~
